2nd Cycle, Test E, Deca, and Winstrol..could use some help!

Hey guys, im new on here so ill start out by tellin u im 21 yrs old, 6'0, 185 lbs, two sport college athlete looking to start my 2nd cycle. My first cycle consisted of 375 mg's test cyp injected every 5 days and 300 mg's deca injected once a week for 12 weeks. The cycle was great and got me all the way to 205 lbs! Sadly after my cycle i took my nolva and clomid for PCT but dont think that i did it correctly and my diet and workout habbits fell apart after my cycle...its hard to get in the gym everyday when playing two sports along with a full college schedule! This time however i want to do things the right way so that i can hold on to more of my gains! I already have my gear, 3 10ml bottles of 250mgs/ml of Test E, 2 10ml bottles of 200 mg/ml Deca, and 100 10mg tabs of winnie that im planning on taking in the later weeks of my cycle. My first question for u guys is how u think i should run my test and deca..my options are as follows:
Option 1:
week 1-12: 2.5ml Test E (625 mg)
week 1-10: 2ml Deca (400 mg)
Week 8-12: 25mg Winnie ed

Option 2:
Week 1-14: 2ml Test E (500mg)
Week 1-12: 1.5ml Deca (300mg)
Week 10-14: Winnie 25mg ed

also, i want to take a aromatase inhibitor during my cycle to minimize bloat and steer clear of any gyno that could occur...i was thinking either arimidex or letrozole but dont kno which would be better or dosage exactly...thanks for the help fellas let me kno what u guys think!

I would do the first one, but I'm not a pro, but it is basically the same thing I'm doing except with EQ.
