My results !!!

Since I have joined this website I have gained 10 lbs. My current stats are
Age 22 ( almost 23)
height 5'7
weight 178 lbs ( I started at 168)
body fat %. I have no clue. I will post pics later so the experts can give me an estimate. My guess would be 14-16%. Probably no change in bf %.

Using everyones tips and advise I managed to gain the weight I wanted without aas. Thank you to the entire forum!! Next up some clen to lower my bf%.

I definitely don't feel leaner but I don't feel fatter. I'm guessing bf% stayed the same so probably around 14-16% of my gains were in fat. But I don't feel like a skinny guy anymore!! I actually feel stronger and bigger in a good way! I also feel like now I can have a cutting cycle without fear of losing all the muscle in my body. Especially with all the cutting tips on here.
