    TEST E/EQ Progress

    Well i started this journey out with test e at 500 mg a week coupled with .25 anastrozle a day. It did what it was suppose to got me from 206 to 220 and strong as shit by week 5 but i wasnt getting what i wanted. so instead of a 10 week cycle i extended it to 15 weeks because i added 400mg of EQ at week 5, it will be ran for 10 weeks. i realised i didnt want to be big blocky and soapy so i cut my calories to 1800-2500 a day do a minimum of cardio hour a day 5 days a week and continue with my high volume/intensity weight training. so i will finish the cycle with test e at 400 a week and eq at 400 a week until week 15 and do a pct of Clomid//Nolva and Clen to finish my cutting.


    Needless to say the combo of cardio/weights/ and a caloric deficit with aas have led me to recompisition which is what i wanted. had to experiment though. i am steadily putting on muscle mass and my BF% is going down. I really like how hard and vascular the EQ makes me and seeing as im recomping and doing so much cardio my appetites not out of check. i may even use anavar the last 5 weeks at 60mg ed but will see. thats it so far ill keep updating.

    Oh and as far as diet goes always 300grams+ protein a day and carbs 75-200 grams which works for me.

    .. 10 weeks.. of eq?... at 400mg?
    your not getting wat you want mid cycle.. so instead of tweaking your diet properly.. or changing your training regiment up accordingly.. you add a very very weak compound that requires quite a lengthy run time to see any results at all.. IMHO i would never run EQ less than 15 weeks.. if i were to run it at all..

    not bagging on ya bub.. just dont think it was a very wise decision though you may have thoughts/reasons to point otherwise which im curious to hear.. good luck

    well im already into it so im going finish up but im going to have to agree i think deca would have ben a far better choice in this instance and yielded far better results. i believe thats the route i will take next time.

    do you think you could make it an 18 week cycle.. try to get at least 13weeks outta the EQ and lower your test down by ~100mg/wk and and say run 300/400 test/EQ respectively?
    i figure if your going to do it.. might as well try to get most bang for your buck outta it

    also what ancillaries are you running..
    imo i wouldnt run any ai's or serms during cycle

    i can def string it out and do 300 mg test rather then 400. might be something ill do. as far as AI im using a research chem anastrole (arimidex ).25 ed. i tend to get fat in the nipple area when i bulk so i think i may be prone to gyno so i didnt wanna chance it.

    not alot to choose from but heres a before cycle and one at 8 weeks which is today. . . i think week 7-8. anyways got 7-9 weeks left on the cycle depending so the EQ ahsnt gone to work fully yet but here ya go. Also depending on the pose im getting ridiculously vascular, iv always been somewhat but i think thats the first thing about the eq im seeing. mainly in arms shoulders and legs.

    How much was you eating over TDEE? Courious on how you were eating for your gains especially cause your on Test E. Im guessing you were gaining fat and didnt like it? Also how long have you been eating less then your TDEE. I would like to see a pics of you not flexing if you could.

    ill try and get more pics at first i was eating aprox 3500-4000 calories now im about 2000-2500. i find with what im doing its more of a body recompistion. high protein low moderate carbs, low fat and 1 hour min cardio 5 days a week. i am gaining muscle and losing fat. i figure last 5 weeks ill throw in var at 60 mg ed to finish off. towards the end of pct do some clen for around 6-8 weeks and get rid of the last bit of fat. at said point evaluate where im at take my time off and have a go at test/deca or test/tren depending on goals .. of course after proper time off.

    At the high calories do you think you were losing or gaining body fat? I really dont think you can gain muscle on a calorie deficent diet even with AAS. You deff look bigger and better but I would like to see you not flexing.

    Hows your chest looking? Not being rude was kinda saggy before. You would look real nice if you got your abs in. Real nice.

    yeah when i put on fat it tends to go right to the chest area and sag. since im cutting fat and building muscle its starting to shape up and really harden up better then ever im hopeing within the next 8-10 weeks between finishing the cycle and hitting clen and getting bf low and hardening the muscle my pecs will be tip top shape.

    yeah i was heavier before as far as fat goes. i was 206 in before pic with more %BF. in the progress pic im 211 just alot less fat and more muscle. the first 5 weeks of the cycle shot me up to 220 but i had to tone it down not the look i was going for. all trial and error as i continue i learn more about myself and what works for me. i want that 8 pack at over 200! ill keep ya posted im going for . lol the hardest part is patients and understanding theres no substitute for time.

    Well your looking better deffinetly. Try to get a flat pic. Stick with it and you will love yourself for it. I was the blob at one point in my life. I will never be there again.

    well cycle is coming to an end. it was ****ing amazing. gonna start pct with and throw some clen in to get cut up and give it 4-6 months off and see how i fare at 7% BF in the 190's.

    so what did the 400mgs test and EQ do for you? like how would you rate the cycle for strength and mass gains? did you feel a nice increase by adding the EQ to the test?
