Winstrol/Clen/Nolva

My cycle was

5 weeks on winstrol 40 mg ed and clen 20/20/40/40/60/60/40/40/20/20 and I reapeted that 2 times whit 2 weeks of (so 10 days on 14 off and again 10 days on) with nolva 20 mg ed for 3 weeks

I went from 81 kg to 77 and bf went from 13% to 6% and I was very glad with the results

my next cycle will be test P 100 mg eod for 8 weeks with HCG 500 IU e5d and nolva for 4 weeks on 20 mg

btw I am planning to do a cycle next year that will take 52weks on test E only 500 mg (plus frontload will be for the first 2 weeks on 500 mg e3d) while during cycle I will take HCG 500 IU e5d and I will use nolva on the end of my cycle for 4 weeks firts 2 weeks with 40 mg and last to weeks with 20mg

Why don't you give us some stats and cycle experience before you start your year long cycle?

why was it poorly planned?
and my one year cycle will start on the 1 januari 2011 so I will keep you posted then but I am starting my Prop cycle over 2 weeks from now and will keep you guys posted

My stats are

I am 5 foot 6 and my weight is 77 kg bf 6%

I just don't really care for the dose, duration or compounds choses for the first cycle you mentioned.

How old are you?

How did you get your bf checked? I have a feeling you may be under-estimating it a bit.

What's your reasoning for running a year long cycle?

Oke I will tell you guys my age but I dont want to hear things like your to young

I am 24 years old
I check my bf while using a 7 point I dont know if I am writing the name correctly a skinfold meter

My reason is couse I want to bulk up and I am planning to compete in 2012or 2013
I am noot sure if I am going to run the cycle for 52 weeks it depents alot of my results from my doctor but if they are allright i am going to do the cycle
