    Smile progress first cycle!

    hey people i am a week into my first cycle and i feel f***in great.. i wasnt sure if my test was legit but now there s no doubt since today i lifted the whole rack 8 times on the seated arm curl machine so i went from doing 10 x 67kg to 8 x 90kg!! i was shocked lol and gained 4 pounds of muscle already
    i am 20, 6'' and started at about 170lbs
    i am taking test prop 200mg/1ml at .6ml eod for 6 weeks
    i've already done 3 shots so that completes my first week and here are the results for the moment on my before/after pics.. let me know what you think and i will keep you guys informed on my progress!

    Nice abs. How do you keep them maintained? Do you run?

    thanks.. im still working on them i want them to have deeper cuts.. just work them out at the end of every workout, use some weights for crunches and have a good diet..
    and yea i try to run once a week for my heart and lungs..

    can't notice a lot of difference but its only been a week but like you said your strength has gone up so the weight will come next.

    By the way your body looks slightley unproportional, wheres your traps?

    not to be a downer If you're over 5'10" and under 170lbs read this... but you should of gained more naturally man and you pretty young.

    yup i thought that same thing too, when u grow it is usually because u r hitting all the areas of exercise, nutrition and rest.
    full 8hrs is better than 6hrs sleep,
    eating more is helpful,
    intense focus in gym really helps.
