1-8 deca 400mg/wk, 1 a week
6-12 or 7-13 var 35mg/day (haven't decided which, any thought on
which would be better??)
average strength reps
incline db (chest)- 80lb
db press (shoulders)- 65lb
leg press (legs)- 550lb
barbell rows (back) 135lb
not particularly strong for my size, in fact the opposite but hopefully that will change soon
