    Looking to get back into it, suggestions from the pro's.

    Okay the back story first.

    Age: 27 (28 in 20 days)
    Exp: Been training off and on for 11 years. (Serious lifting the past 24 months)
    HT: 6'1"
    Wt: 250
    BF: 17% (I plan on getting the diet right before I jump into any cycle, 13% or lower before I commit to the pin)
    Max Bench: 300
    Squat: 410

    Did a cycle (8 weeks) of Sus 250 and Test E back in '04, had some decent gains, no sides effects.

    Looking for a good jumping off point, thinking late July I should be down to 13% BF with the diet just right. Weight peels on and off of me like butter. Just been eating like a civilian for too many years now.

    Okay experts, I'm all ears and waiting to go do the research in the directions that you send me.

    I'm not a pro, but my suggestion is something simple like a test prop/tren cycle. That'll help you get down to single digit bodyfat and keep some of your strength. Try to get into the 9-10% bf range though before hitting it, the results will be so much more noticable and rewarding if you already have abs before cycle, b/ then everything the cycle does you'll see, not just the last 3 wks. I'd just use 100mg test prop/ 100mg tren eod for 8-10 wks

    Well, not sure I want to call myself a pro at all, but look at my post the other day. It is a super balanced and well done stack IMO and will get you big while keeping you hard and some of that BF off (EQ and Arimidex). If your a gear vet you could consider using more Test or EQ perhaps.... have it a look over:

    Week 1-5 (DBOL Jump at 40mg/ED)
    Week 1-13 (Ethanate 500mg/wk - Shering)
    Week 14-16 (Prop 100mg/EOD)
    Week 4-13 (EQ 600 mg/week)
    Week 1-16 (Arimidex .5mg/EDO)
    Week 3-15 (HCG 250iu every 4 days)

    PCT: Clomid 4 days after last Prop Shot @ 300mg/Day1, 100mg/Day2-11, and 50mg/Day12-21 (possibly 12-31) Novadex on hand.

    Let me know you pro's if you think this is sound. Moving to Prop on week 14-16 to get LH in line gradually and starting then since EQ will be in my system for 3 weeks after last shot (from week 14-16). This will allow me to start clomid 4 days after last prop with all AAS out of my system. HCG stopped end of week 15, two weeks before AAS totally out of system (4 days after last Prop shot).

    Change first day Clomid for most to 100 and run it 10 days, I put 300 because I can handle it and that was or is old school dosage and worked for me due to size or genetics... apparently for many this can and does cause vision or physical problems and may not be the best dosage for first day....

    My diet has been spot on since that post and I plan on going strong with it until late July and then starting a cycle.

    Just to keep this updated, I'm still 100% on pace, I've only had ONE cheat meal since the first post and that was for my birthday. I've dropped about 14lbs and still making strength/size gains where it counts (granted its natural so it's marginal).

    Still looking at a August 1st time table to start gearing up. Thinking maybe September 1 to start the cycle just to make sure my diet and BF are at the most optimal levels to get best results.

    2nd cycle keep it simple man 500mg test ew for 12 weeks

    pct as follows
    Day 1-18: Clomid @ 100 mgs
    Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
    Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
    Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs

    "FOR ON CYCLE ESTROGEN CONTROL"

    Adex - .5mgs EOD (For first time users.)

    its been 6 years since your last cycle you will react good. Trust me less is more in your case no need to run anything besides test. as far as bf% try to get down to 13-14% then i would prime http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...hlight=priming once you have primed you will never do another cycle without it.

    Still rockin along. Down about 27lbs now, and added a good amount of size and some decent strength over the 2.5 months since I started this thread.

    I think I've pushed past my plateau by changing up my routine and getting the diet in STRICT order. I think I'm gonna hold off on the cycle, maybe till the new year. I clearly have some progress still up my sleeve.

    great job!!! When you think you've gotten as lean as possible, THEN START YOUR CYCLE!!!

    Yeah, I'm not going to get greedy and make any foolish rush judgments. I can see that my diet being strict has really improved my training and the new split has pushed me through the previous plateau. I'm gonna keep pushing until I'm maxed out before I start.
