    Test E cycle

    I'm running a test e cycle for 12 weeks at 600 mg a week, also .5 mg of Arimidex a day.
    I'll post progress pics for before, end of week one and end of week two tomorrow. Some stats below, from right before I started.

    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 191
    Age: 21
    Arms: 16 in
    Quads: 23.75 in
    Calf: 14.75 in
    Chest: 41.5 in
    Waist: 32.5 in
    Hips: 36

    All measurements unflexed and without a pump. I hold a ton of water in my skin always, so I tried to take the weight and measurements when I was at my least bloated. I've taken out all added salt from my diet to try and keep dry while on the cycle.

    I don't think I've had any real gains yet, but I'll do new measurements tomorrow or the following Monday.

    I don't know what it is right now, probably around 15% if I had to take a wild guess. I have calipers so I'll test it when I get a chance but I feel like they're not very accurate, just cheap ones off BB.com

    Unfortunately I have cycled before when I was 17 or 18 with Test E at 600mg, equipoise and a PCT of clomid. Got up around 210-215.

    BUT! all the size I have now is completely natural. I got a severe case of lyme disease a year later that went undiagnosed for too long and left me 135 lbs and I couldn't even do a push-up when I went back to the gym. So, as far as I'm concerned this is my first cycle.

    Diet is pretty clean, I might eat a little too much though. I try not to count calories because it drives me crazy and I end up cheating if I get caught in a numbers game.

    For a PCT I'll probably either up the arimidex to 1mg a day or keep it at .5 and add in some clomid. Not sure yet.

    I'll post a sample tomorrow of what I take in through the day.

    From the pics, it seems you need a lot of work before you cycle again.
    You need to condition your body to put and hold weight first, otherwise you may end up loosing all the cycle gain?!?! The body my dispose most of the gain post cycle?!?

    Tested my BF%, 3 pinch sites was 12.5%.

    Here's a diet log for today, most days are relatively the same, fruits and veggies just change according to whats on sale. About two hours between each meal.

    Wake up, ECA and an hour of cardio before breakfast.

    Meal one: Five egg whites, one yolk, one slice American cheese, 2 slices of Arnold rye bread and some onion.

    Meal two: A bowl of ground chicken, onions, peppers and tomato (premade in bulk, bowl was around 100 g chicken)

    ECA

    1/4 cup oatmeal, a peach, animal pak

    Meal three: Pre-work out drink: 8oz powerade, 5g BCAA and 5g glutamine, sugarfree lemonade
    Post-work out: two scoops protein and leftover pre-work out mixed

    Meal four: ~100-150g ground chicken, 2 slices potato bread, american cheese, lettuce and tomato.

    ECA

    Meal five: another bowl of the ground chicken mix, 1/4 c oatmeal

    Hour of cardio

    Meals 6-8
    Four scoops protein, 1 banana, 3 tbsp natty peanut butter, 8oz almond milk
    Drink some before bed and wake up usually three times a night to pee, so each time I drink about a fourth.

    Three gallons of water.

    Starting to get some noticeable strength gains. Do have a bit of swelling in my glute from my last poke.

    I need some advice for the PCT, does anyone think running the A-dex at 1mg a day will be enough or should I run something along with or in place of that?

    Another question for the experts. I got through my first 10ml vial and it only lasted for 8 shots (1ml each) with a little bit left over. All the vials are filled at the same level, does it seem likely that I got ripped off, or that I mis-measured each shot a little high and the loss that comes from switching needles on the syringe added up and put me below 10?

    If they're all at 8 I'll only be able to run a 10 week cycle and I'm wondering if that will change what I need for the PCT as well.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Happened to me few times. They sold me 10 ml and it was only 8?!?

    Just finished up week 6, body fat is way down and weight is up. Weighing around 202. Diet has been pretty much perfect, following the outline of the Milos Sarcev videos. I haven't had anyone around to take progress pics but I attached some I took in the mirror of the tanning room a couple weeks ago.

    I'm going to have to buy another rip off 8mL bottle of test to make it 12 weeks, I don't know any other suppliers. For my next cycle I want to find a powder source to make my own, I'll have to start searching.

    Thanks I'm definitely keeping at it, and I'll try and take some measurements this weekend and put them up. Nipples are just funny, really wide and dark. No gyno, running Arimidex to make sure of that.

    I decided to go with:
    Tamoxifen 20mg/ED for 6 weeks, first 7 days at 40mg/ED
    Toremifene 60mg/ED, 120mg/ED first 14 days

    wtf r u talking about? He doesn't have a bad base at all, so what if hes not at his genetic peak and bench pressing 400 pounds... he looks like hes doing a good 300 pound benchpress and seems to know a good amount about training...

    Also the whole if you don't have a good base you won't be able to keep your gains is a myth that comes from people with bad bases who keep insisting that they trained right and followed all the right foods, when in fact they did jack shit, which btw happends all the time...

    Base means nothing with keeping gains...

    Only good solid training and a good diet makes a person be able to keep his gains.

    Okay, here's the updated pictures. Yesterday was my birthday and I ate like a pig all day, so in these pictures I'm not as lean as I have been up until then. But, they'll still give a good idea of muscle gains.

    Going to upload some more pictures, again they're crap lighting and from a cellphone, but at least I didn't take these ones myself (most of them). Since none are great I'll put a lot of them up so you can get an overall idea. Strength is through the roof, haven't tested my BF% in a couple weeks but its down. Still weighing around 202.

    I wake up super dry and with good definition, then about an hour after breakfast I'm bloated and round looking and sweating like a pig, no added salt in my breakfast. Any suggestions anyone?

    Im not sure man...Im using a-dex right now I started with .5mg eod and did nothing so I started taking 1mg eod and it did get rid of about 60% of the bloat but Im still kinda bloated and I noticed a small hard lump under my nipple?

    I think Its under dosed even though its from a well kown ugl...thinking of running it 1mg ever day,

    I take .5 every day now, in two separate doses to be easier on my stomach. From what I know taking too much of an AI can take away from your gains because we still need some estrogen floating around for growth. I haven't had any gyno or acne problems thank God, but the bloating sucks. Just comes with the territory I guess, I always tend to hold a lot of water anyway.

    Why do you do 1mg EOD instead of .5 ED?

    Even in those pictures you can see I'm sweating quite a bit, I was just sitting watch TV before those not exercising.

    Oh I know we need some estrogen to make good gains I just think my a-dex is under dosed because at .5mg eod I shouldnt be bloating or have any gyno yet I still do...so I upped the dose.
