No more Mr. Natural first cycle (Halodrol)
First id like to say Hi to all you guys, this forum is awesome and Im learing a lot.
Decided to run a log just for that extra motivation and just to keep me on track. I'm taking this designer steroid just to prepare my body for test.
Going to be doing 50/50/75/75/75 of H drol with cycle assist that I have preloaded for 10 days already.
Little background info:
Been working out for one year and six months
180 lbs with about 12% BF
My PB lifts are 185 for 12 reps on the flat bench, 8 reps of 275 ATG squat, and can deadlift about 395lbs.
Here's a quick pic: relaxed, cold, and not pumped lol
Im 15 mins away from taking my first 25 mg, and then its time to shred the shoulders.

i don't have any experience with that compound, but you're in great shape for no more experience than you have. your gains should be great so keep us posted. good luck bro. (i'm going to check out the halodrol )

Lookn good! Wish the best for you? Is your hdrol a ph or a mix of other compunds?

If it's by CEL it's just one compound not a blend.
I'd say at only a 1 1/2 years of solid training you have room to grow and gain more experience in the gym before touching orals. Good luck either way.

I understand what you are saying, but personally I have made great gains and have surpassed friends that have been working out for 3-4 years.
My goal is to be a lean 195lb around 7 - 10% that obviously wont happen after the cycle, but should be couple of pounds shy.
DAY 1:
Diet (will be more detailed next time)
3 whole eggs 4 white, 2 pieces of WW toast
6 ounces of lean turkey w/ ww plus pasta
50 g whey w/ milk
50 g whey w/ milk
12 oz Chicken breast with 1 cup rice
1/2 cup oatmeal
40 g casein
Shoulder Day
Seated military press
115 12 reps
135 12 reps
145 8 reps
145 8 reps
145 6 reps (right shoulder started bothering me)
Upright Barbell Row
65 12 reps
95 12 reps x 3 sets
Seated side dumbbell raise
25 lbs 12 reps then SS with 15 lbs for 12 reps / 3 sets
Front cable rope raises
Drop set 35lbs 30lbs 25lbs / 12 reps each
Standing side DB raises at body angled 45 degrees
15 lbs 15 reps 3 sets each arm
Really was an amazing shoulder day, insane pumps. Actually was painful in a good way though.
Obviously the H-drol hasn't kicked in yet, just was a damn good workout. Chest and lats are feeling sore, delts should be feeling like that tomorrow which will be my rest dayLast edited by Orangeblast; 06-08-2010 at 12:59 AM.
