    First timer

    so i had a close friend offer me some eq because i wanted to add some lean muscle and he told me to take it 1 ml at time till it was gone once a week its 200mg/ml i am looking to gain 15 pounds what else can i add to it to help get the 15-20 pounds?

    175 lbs
    lifting for 4 years
    25 years old
    very low never really measured body fat.
    this will be my 1st cycle

    my bad i thought i put it in i am 6'2" .... the diet i solid i have hit a plateau in weight gain just cant eat anymore !!! the gym time is also solid... whats the next step?

    start out with nice breakfast orange juice hb eggs fruit and protein shake(muscle milk) then mid morning i have peanut butter and cracker or apple slices and crackers, for lunch i usually eat a high carb meal to push me through the day (sandwhichs) with a mid afternoon snack usually of some sort of nuts . i usually drink my protein drink mid afternoon unless i work out then its after workout. I eat a rather large dinner try not to eat alot of red meat but meals are all based around meat mostly chicken. with like rice and some veggies ... the portions are whatever i can eat at the time without being sick . i have a very high metabolism and it has haunted me for years! i spend more money on food each week than i do on anything else, it sucks.

    Ok.

    In detail, we mean how much you consume, how long you wait between each meal, ect ect.

    For example my diet is similar to this:
    1: 10-15 egg whites, 2 whole eggs + 2 cups of Quaker Oats + 20oz Water + 4 100% Whole Grain Toast + 1 banana.
    2: Whey Protein shake mixed with Water + Glyco-Maize + 5-10 G's Creatine Monohydrate + AST Multi Pro 32X
    3: (30 minutes after workout) Whey Protein Shake mixed with Water + 10 G's Creatine Monohydrate + Waxy
    4: 2 Chicken Breasts + 2 cups Brown Rice + Mixed Vegetables (Pre Frozen) and 20oz glass of water.
    5: 7 ounces of Salmon + 2 cups Brown Rice + 1 cup of Brocooli and 20oz of Water
    6: Beef or Whole Grain Pasta + Vegetables, + 20oz of water.
    7: 12oz Steak + Sweet Potatoes + Vegetables + 20oz of Water
    8: Casein Shake and or Cottage Cheese + Nuts before bedtime.

    2.5 hour wait between each meal roughly.

    1.6:00am 6 whole eggs , 3-4 pieces of bacon, either oats or grits 1 cup, nice texas toast to clean the plate with a cup of grapes or one orange or one banana . Normal large glass of OJ
    2.7:00am about 10 to 15 mins later i drink a protien drink mixed with whole milk and multi vit.
    3.9:00am is my mid morning snack i eat about half a sleeve of crackers with gobs of pb on them + water 20 oz
    4. 11-12 i eat a foot long + water 20oz
    5. 2:00pm is my mid after noon snack and it usually cashews or peanuts two bags you buy for a dollar at the store
    6. 4-5 pm protein drink mixed with whole milk
    7. 7-8 pm two nice size chicken breast about the size of a piece of bread never weight them with about two cups of rice any kine white, brown, wild have to switch it up followed up with green beans, corn or carrots never measure just eat! + water 20oz
    i consume alot of water thought the day without noticing it a good habbit picked up while in Iraq.
