Hey guys, I'm looking to start my first cycle. I'm 24 yrs old and have been training for about 3 yrs. For the majority of my life I was a highly competitive swimmer and consequently, have a fast metabolism. I have made decent gains naturally and find that I put on quality muscle but quite slowly. I've been doing some research about a first cycle but could really do with some honest advice. I've seen too many guys in the gym who don't seem to know what they are doing. They get on the gear, look bloated and puffy for a while then shrink back to size. My diet has always been quite good. I eat at least 6 meals a day with a decent amount of protein in each. I would like to try and stay fairly lean but put on some size.
What should I be using? How much, how regularly etc?
What do I need for PCT?
Age - 24
Height - 6"2
Weight - 218 lb
bf% - approx. 10%
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
