What Up
Decided I was going to track my cycle progress on here with full diet and schedule. This way I can track my own progress and people can see the results the log will include a full diet/schedule on a day to day basis.
Stats:
Age - 23
Wgt- 165
Hgt - 5*8
Lifting Experience: 2-3 Years
Diet: Clean (Will post up what i eat everyday)
Goal: Build Lean Muscle and get extra ripped
Previous Cycles: 1. Ran a cycle of test @ 16 Was young & Dumb 400mg/cyp for 5 weeks. No PCT & NO Sides. 2. Ran same cycle when i turned 17. 3. Rage T-19 (19nor Prohormone) W/ Rage Rv1 PCT.
This cycle:
Test P - 75mgs eod weeks 1-8 300mgs a week
Winstrol stanozolol liquid oral - 75mgs ed weeks 4-8

Meal 1:(9:30am)6 egg whites 2 whole eggs-Cal 216-Protein 26g-Carb 2g-Fat 5g
2 Scoop protein shake - Cal 234 - Protein 48g - Carb 4g- Fat 0
Total cal 450, Total Fat 5g, Total Carbs 6, Total protein 74
Meal 2:(11:30) 1 large can of tuna - Cal131 - Protein 30g - carb 0 - Fat 1g
1 cup fat free cottage cheese - Cal 80 - Protein 12 - C 8- F 0
Total Cal 211, Total Fat 1g, total carbs, 8, total protein 42
Meal 3:(1:30) 2 chicken breasts - Cal 284, Fat 6g, Protein 53g, Carb 0
Potatoes/Peppers - Cal 120, Fat 0, Carb 26g, protein 2g
Olive Oil - Cal 119, Protein 0, Carb 0, Fat 14
Total Cal 523, Total Fat 20g, Total Carb 26G, Total Protein 55g
GYM
Meal 4: 2 tilapia loins - cal 289,Fat 6g, protein 60g , fat 0

First shot was friday 7/9/10 - Worked back & Bi's already felt much stronger in the gym and upped weight on my lifts
Saturday 7/10/10 - No shot worked chest & tris felt stronger i put up 265 10 times on my last set of bench i have never done that before
Sunday 7/11/10 - Man my back is pumped! Hit Shoulders, Legs, and Abs Felt good legs felt stronger improved weight on my squats and leg press
Monday 7/12/10 - Took monday off but i feel like a machine!
Tuesday - Woke up jogged for 30 minutes, Man my ass ****in sore from those 2 shots, Will hit another shot today and work back/bi's

You dont need winstrol with that shape man, with test prop you could replace it with npp or dbol
Regardless of that you could wait more gains on this new diet for some time instead of just cycle when you started it, but you already began so i wont bother you on that
Try to replace most of that shakes for solid food, you really only need a shake in the post-training

Just got back from the gym! Feeling Strong & Pumped Did back and bi's here is my schedule
alternating bicep curls 3 sets X's 10
straight bar bicep curls 3 sets X's 10
Cable rows 3 sets X's 10
Bent over straight barbell rows 3 sets X's 10
Alternating cable curls 3 sets X's 10
Plate curls 3 sets x's 10
Wide Grip Pullups 3 sets x's 20
straight arm pulldown 3 sets x's 10
Negative preacher curls 3 sets x's 10
Standing t bar row 3 sets x's 10
Lying dumbell flys 3 sets x's 10
Crazy 8's 3 sets
preacher dumbell curls 3 sets x's 10
standing cable rows 3 sets x's 10
I'm a boxer and did 30 minutes or punch mitts after having a protein shake and pb&j
Alot of people say i overtrain but if i don't do as much as i do. I feel like i get a shitty work out!
Oh and in only 3 shots of 75mgs im already up 2 pounds!!

bro please up your carbs... 63g per day is really low. shoot for around 300g and you will grow!

you can have carbs and stay lean
just depends on what carbs and when
i eat 500g or so of carbs a day... i still have abs. and i dont do cardio

i agree with dukkit.
i would lower the protein, 400+ grams for a 165lb person is too much, half of that is just going to be converted to glucose and still its relatively inefficient energy. Better off getting those kcals from complex carbohydrates

yeah bro def up those carbs 63/day damn!!! but with the test alone you should gain very nice. someone else said d-bol that would be a great combo for ya with the test. i think the d-bol and test would give u the results your looking for. really lean guys don't need to worry about that fat and bloat. good luck, and thanks for a very detailed thread.

just depends on what carbs and when
Im guessing that the best time to eat carbs is in the morning and right before or after the gym? is that correct?

Got a great workout yesterday but don't feel near as pumped today as i did.
I cant even describe the pain in my legs and ass from the shots. it is affecting my sleep it hurts sooooooooooooooo f'in bad!
No shot today but will be working chest, tri's & abs and will keep everyone updated

Got home about from the gym about an hour ago. Worked Chest & tri's felt like any normal chest & tris day. Felt pretty pumped after the gym
I came home and eat a chicken breast. 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese. 1/2 cup lentils (nasty as fuhhhh), a 50g protein shake and some beef jerkey
Took a picture after the gym i don't know if i've gotten bigger but i feel like the hulk

What percentage of bodyfat would you guess i am from my pics? I tried to get it tested by a electronic machine today but it wouldn't read it
The trainer told me under 5%. Don't know if i believe that
What would you say?

So im 6 shots in @ 75mgs each, I'm ANGRY, I'm HORNY, and i'm HUNGRY!
I feel like i can't be touched, like i'm above everyone who gets in my way!
Road Rage is bad, Very Bad. This stuff feels amazing!
I don't look a ton bigger but i look hard and solid
I'm up 4-6 pounds already, should i expect to see more gains than this? Do you think i should up the dose of test?
My diet has been clean, This is what i eat today:
Morning 10am: 5 eggwhites & 2 whole eggs in whole wheat tortilla, 50g protein shake
Snack 12pm: 1 large can of tuna, carrotts
lunch 2pm: 4 chicken tenderloins, spinach salad w/poppyseed dressing
Snack 4pm: 1 cup of cooked oatmeal, m5 prework out supp
Gym 430-7pm - Shoulders, Legs Abs
Snack immeidiately after gym 7:15 pm- 3 chicken tenderloins, 40 g whey shake
Gym 8-9pm - jiu jitsu training 1 hour
Dinner 9:30 pm - 5 chicken tenderloins, 1 apple
Before bed 12:00 pm: i will have 1 large can of dry tuna w/ salad and 50g protein shake

did back & bi's today got a ridiculous workout
Been getting tons of compliments on how "solid" i look But i haven't put on any more weight
I've been moving up weight on all my workouts
Will post a pic in a few days

So it was 6lbs in 13 days?
About the other post yes i think you could bump the test, 75mg eod may not be enough for lean 170lbs

YOu still gettin painful injection soreness? I did with my prop for the longest time untill I started cutting it with sterile grape seed oil, it got rid of all the pain.

Yes this morning i was @ 171
I'm considering bumping it up next week when i start the winstrol too 400 mgs a week
Can someone tell me if it is okay to take a higher dose of winstrol than test? I don't want any libido problems

if you're haveing problems with the prop mate, i knmow exactly how it feels, i found that the oil was quite thick and i usually put it in my bath which seems to help as im having no more problems with the injections......if you dont like baths then warm/hot water for 15mins, should thin it out nicely

good job man i see the difference. but i wonna ask someting. is this water retention? and will you loose some of the gains after your done with your cycle or not? ill be following your log. your doing a good job.
