    Arrow Sauced Up's 16 Week Bulking Cycle

    Whats up guys. Gonna start my 16 week bulk on July 19th, was gonna start in on the 26th but said what the hell. This is my second real cycle, first being Test-E at 500mg/week for 12 weeks but I have previous experience with many different PH/DS. I will update this thread weekly on my progress, maybe sometimes even more frequently.

    Some stats for you guys...

    Age: 21
    Height: 6' 2"
    Weight: 206 lbs
    Bf: 12-14%

    For those who saw my pics I posted for the cut I did a while back, my BF% is a bit higher now since my cut ended almost 2 months ago. Since then Ive been trying to just maintain where I was at till this cycle came around. Also I had a 2 week hiatus from lifting due to a 5 day vacation leading up to a crazy week of 21st bday partying.


    Cycle:

    Weeks 1-16 = Sus350 at 700mg/week
    Weeks 1-16 = NPP100 at 500mg/week
    Weeks 1-4 = Mdrol at 20mg/day
    Weeks 13-18 = Winny at 100mg/day
    Slin = 4 Weeks on/ 4 Weeks off at 2iu's ramped up to 8iu's PWO
    HCG = Weeks 4-18 250iu shot Mon/Thurs
    Bromo = Whenever prolactin sides show


    PCT:
    Nolva: 40,20,20,20,20
    Clomid: 150,100,50,50,50




    Training will be 6 days a week:

    Mon - Legs
    Tues - Back
    Wed - Chest
    Thurs - Lower back/hamstrings/abs
    Fri - Shoulders/Bis
    Sat - Traps/Tris
    Sun - OFF


    Pics will be posted to document the progress every few weeks. Cant wait for MONDAY!!!

    Will be shot ED. Thanks for the input, ima stick to my current workout plan, but ill maybe switch it up later down the road

    Whats up guys... Todays the first day of many to come, pinning .3cc of Sus350 and .8cc of NPP. Also taking 10mg of Mdrol, second 10mg will be taken around 5pm. Slin will be shot at 2iu PWO later today also after my legs get destroyd from training....

    Man I can't believe you're planning on pinning each day for 16 weeks. lol.

    You're going to be suchh a pin-cushion by the end of it.

    BTW... just throw up a pic so that we can gauge the changes.

    Man npp's half life is 4.5 days, you dont need pin yourself ED, do it EoD

    My current plan is to pin ED for the first 2 weeks, after that I am debating on switching over to EOD depending if I really cant stand feeling like a pin cushion... Also pics will be up at the end of the week

    Was up guys... Quick update....

    Been a week since I started my cycle and let me tell you Ive blown up crazy. I believe its due to the slin and that mdrol stores more glycogen in your muscles. Currently weighing 214lbs so almost a 10lb gain in a week. Strength hasnt gone up crazy just yet but all lifts were about 5lbs higher then before. Let me tell you though that slin deff can put on some serious fat or water weight, whatever it is. I deff lost alot of definition but even though I wanted to do a lean bulk, this is my first go around with slin so I am trying to keep my carb intake as high as possible PWO and throughout the day after so I dont go hypo.
