Hi guys im new to the forum. Looking for constructive feedback. Been working out consistantly for 5 years. Have been in pretty good shape for most of my life. Finally decided to take the plunge into the anabolic world.
Cycle consists of dbol/test enethate
Running 30mg dbol a day for first 4 weeks
400 mg test enethate per week split into two injections
Novladex for pct
running cycle for 12 weeks
Also using 1mr pre workout

Current diet consists of pretty much eating as much as i can whenever i can. Mainly eating lots of chicken, pasta, subway, yogurt, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, oats and a ton of protein shakes in between every meal. I have never been a fatty person and have constantly been trying to bulk.
