New to forum so here's stats:
36yrs old, 5'11" 218lbs, 18%bf, previous cycles were test cyp/deca when i was 24. When I was 30 I got down to 180lbs 6%bf from the good ole real RF_-1 ephedra. Been working out since I was 15 w/ no real pains or injuries. Wanting to drop fat. So here's cycle I plan on starting in 1-2wks.
2-10ml test cyp 210mg/ 2ml 1x/wk
3-10ml winni 50mg/ 1ml 3x/wk but will do EOD
30-caps arimidex .75mg/ 1cap 3x/wk
10-tabs nolvadex 20mg/ 1/2tab 2x/wk
102-caps t3 25mcg/ 1x/day for 3days then 2x/day for 3days then 3x/day for 4wks and same to pyramid off.
Dieting/cardio is not a problem. 2500cal/day. weights 6/wk, cardio 5/wk 45min in morn before breakfast and 30min after weights.
Should I add clen and anavar to this? And, how should I spread this out (in weeks)for starting PCT ? or should I start all at once?
