    25mg dbol (night time)
    175mg Testosterone Propionate
    150mg Nandrolone Phenylpropionate

    Just got the 1st shots out of the way before bed after per pairing my brews.

    Slight headache today, stomach not feeling the best this morning, not sure if its the dbol (1st time running this compound)
    I will be starting the hcg and Anastrozole tomorrow.

    lookin good buddy, dont see the need for 700mg of test though.

    any specific reason why you are running clen during a bulk? I've heard that it works best on calorie defeceits so isnt it better to do a cut with it after the cycle?

    I like to run it all the time, reguardless of what my goals are. it will help with fat burn while doing my cardio

    I'd drop the Dbol . With 2 short esters are the orals absolutely necessary?

    I thought that orals were normally used with long ester Test as a kick start?

    Yes you are correct, the test will kick in quickly, but i havnt tried dbol and it look apealing for the strength gains

    You don't need D-bol in this cycle.

    Drop the clen , you are on a bulk cycle, your heart is under strain already.

    I am keeping the dbol for strength gains.

    Day 2 - Slight feeling of test flu. the more water i drink the better.

    I took some pics last night, i will post them when i get a chance, or maybe leave it till when i finish, before-after.

    Prop pain isnt tooooo bad, i may get sick of it and cut it with some oil.

    Also forgot to weight myself. i promise i will 2moro morning :P

    Second lot of shots last night.

    Ive dropped both test and npp to 125mg each as i think it will be sufficient.

    Starting weight is 211.6lbs

    1st cycle was 200mg deca + 50mg of stan! haha i wont even go on about that! it was before i had found this place
    2nd cycle 300mg test, 300mg deca 10 weeks
    3rd cycle 500mg of test p 8 weeks

    So im trying to keep doses as low as i can. and grow into my dose

    Also will be switching to ED pinning

    Compound Layout:

    Week 1-4 Dbol 50mg per day. (25mg morning, 25mg night.)
    Week 1-12 Testosterone Propionate 150mg EOD (This dose may drop when i make my decision in the next few days,Both this and NPP could change to ED injections depending on sides)
    Week 1-11 Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 125mg EOD
    Weeks 1-12 Hcg 250iu X 2 a week (Monday,Thursday)
    Week 1-12 Anastrozole 0.5mg/ED
    Week 1 : Clenbuterol Hydrochloride 50mcg/ED
    Week 2 : Clenbuterol Hydrochloride 100mcg/ED
    Week 3-4 : Clenbuterol Hydrochloride 200mcg/ED
    (Then one month off and repeat this cycle from week 8 -12)

    Pramipexole Hydrochloride on hand.

    PCT will start 3 days after last prop shot
    wk 1-6 Tamox 20mg/ED
    wk 1-6 Tore 60mg/ED (120mg/ED first 14 days)

    It has changed a little bit since, No carbs after about 6pm.

    5 days of weight training per week + 3-4 X Empty stomach low intensity cardio for 45mins.
    How exactly is that happening without keto?

    You do not have to have a keto diet to get results from clen .

    I will be updating 2moro as it will be 1 week into my cycle.

    Pro's for test p.
    Quick 'kick in' time about 2 weeks compared to test c or e which is about 4-5 weeks
    Less water retention.
    High % testosterone in the compound
    Less wait to start pct, 3 days instead of 2 weeks like test c or e.
    Shorter cycles with same result as longer cycles with a longer ester, so less time ON if you choose.


    Cons
    Frequent injection's Ed or EOD
    More painfull injections (Depending on the gear, ive just started cutting mine with oil @ 1:1 ratio and is MUCH better)


    I have ran test c in a precious cycle, as you can see i dont find it apealing after all the pros i have listed.
    Frequent injections i can handle. I may get sick of it in the future but as for now its my preference.

    Exactly the kind of feedback I was looking to hear...Im currently working on gaining some weight back that I have lost at a very labor intensive job but once I get myself back into shape I will begin a new cycle and you reassured me that Test P is worth giving a go...Thanks Big Ron much appreciated

    Man....I hate to say I would have waited for some muscle maturity as it appears, you still have quite a bit of baby fat, but I would have waited for some muscle maturity.

    personally i think you should of cut down a tiny bit more to allow urself a greater fat gain while bulking.. but whatever ur comfortable with i guess

    You shouldnt be using steroids in your condition or your age, if this is your 3rd cycle at the age of 21yrs old your doing something wrong, your diet is way off but I guess this will fall on deaf ears. My advice come off, stop using steroids, get bloodwork done and see what damage you may have done and research diets for the next few yrs, best of luck

    110kg X 8 Bench
    180kg X 6 Dead lift
    Squad not 100% as there is only a smiths machine in my gym
