I am about to start a 10 week lean mass building binge. I'll be taking 100mg tbol ED(Mon-Fri), 20mg var ED(Mon-Fri) and 200mg test cyp weekly. I'm 33 years old and this will be my fourth cycle. I'm currently weighing in at 219 lbs with 13%bf. I always have a strict diet and will be taking in 3800-4000 calories a day.
I'm doing a five day a week cycle to give my liver a rest and give my receptors a chance to clean up.
I will be keeping track of my journey here starting 9/22 (Wednesday).
If you anyone has any constructive criticism, I'd love to hear it. I won't be able to increase my test intake, as this is doctor prescribed.
