    First Nor-19 and T cycle

    27
    6' 190
    5 serious years gym
    2 cycles completed (tes500mg& dbol) (tes prop 8 weeks)
    diet soon to be posted, but its pretty spot on(meal every 2-3 hrs)

    current cycle:

    test cyp 500mgs (wk 14 wks)
    deca 400mgs (12 wks)
    Armidex .25 eod
    Hcg 200mg mon-wed-fri (wks 2-14)

    pct:
    Clomid 50/50/25/25
    nolva 40/20/20/20


    took first shot yesterday. was a lilttle timid doing 2.25cc at once (given a cc is most ive ever done) but all went smooth just took like a min to shoot. hoping i respond real well to the Deca, im shooting for 20lb of LBM(and i know it depends most on my diet!!!)

    any feed back is apperciated

    thinking about throwing some prop in these first two weeks...

    how do you think i should dose that?

    cut the cyp to 300 week and throw in 300 prop? Inject mon(tes p&c Deca) thurs(tes P&c deca) and sat(tes p)?

    I,ve tried running prop at the begining of a cycle to get my test up quickly. I could defenitely feel it right away. I would run prop for a few weeks while on cyp. The prop will release quick while waiting for the cyp. I wouldn't change the amount of cyp throughout the cycle, just do a small amount of prop at the front.

    Not trying to be a dick, but I would suggest you post your diet up in the diet section before starting this cycle. At your height and cycle experience I would expect you to weight quite a bit more than you do. To me that indicates that your diet may not be as good as you think it is. Your stats are certainly not bad, but I think you will be able to do much better with help from those guys.

    so maybe like 50mgs eod for wks 1-2?

    week 6? 202 on scale today and seem to be leaning up. still eating like a champ. Dont feel awhole lot besides, increased recovery, libido though rough(kinnda to the point were its a hassle). hunger seems to have picked up here in the last week. not too much as far as strengh.

    sides: acne is flairing up but that was expected. lower back seems to be sore a bit like on the left side( gonna look into it more if it keeps up, concerened could be kindny)
