    Test prop/Tren/Dbol/Sustanon 250 and GH OH MY!

    Hey Guys and gals,

    After what i consider the impressive results of my first cycle back in the summer of Test prop, Masteron, winstrol... i've taken some time off, got my body chemistry back to normal levels and have decided to start up again.

    Here are my current stats:

    Age: 30
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 207 lbs (down from 230lbs when i started on the original cycle)
    BFI: 24% (down from 36% when i started on the original cycle)

    Current Cycle:

    1) dbol 10mg/day (first week, 50mg/day after 2nd week for no more then 6 weeks)
    2) Sustanon 250 1cc every 30 days
    3) Test prop 1cc every other day
    4) Tren 1cc every other day (taken with the test)
    5) GH 1IU taken in the am, 1IU taken in the evening 2 hours before bed

    Proposed bodybuilding regime

    Daily cardio:
    30min HIIT (bike) 7:30am
    30min very moderate eliptical 5:00pm
    1-1.5h Weights
    30min moderate eliptical 7:00pm
    30min HIIT (bike) 11:00pm

    Diet:

    VERY CLEAN, 2000 to 2300 calories per day

    Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 egg wholes, 1 cup oats, 1l water
    Snack: 2 fillets Talapia white fish with cuts of brocoli
    Meal 2: 1 chicken Breast, cuts of raw brocoli
    Snack: 2 fillets of talapia, brocoli
    PWO: 8 protein blend shake (50g prot) + Glycogen (60g carbs) immediately after workout
    Meal 3: Beef roast (slow cooker all day), brocoli
    Snack: 1 fillet of talapa, brocoli

    Yes i keep the diet VERY strict and easy to make... in a bout 3 weeks, i change up the menu for a different flavor but same basic principal of keeping it really simple.

    Goals:
    First off, my first cycle produced some great muscle gain, i want to show that off a bit... and i know everyone would say now is the time to just bulk... so my goal is a hybrid of leaning out 10% of my body fat off, and putting on 10 lbs of muscle mass, particularly in the shoulders and chest.

    Would love everyone's thoughts, oh... and if you live in the Toronto area and are looking for a FREE gym and can commit to a daily workout routine, i have a private gym and am looking for a workout partner, so step up!

    This just looks like 1 big mess to be honest!
    You used to much gear in your 1st cycle
    Your using to much gear now.
    You really need to do some research!

    sus every 30days? are you kidding? it should be shot E3d at least
    You also havnt specified the dose of mg of your gear.
    Tren is the harshest of AAS it shouldnt be used by a novice.

    You don't need that many compounds. Focus on dieting down a bit and work your way up the ladder with anabolics. On this route you'll be using 12 different compounds by your fifth cycle, just completely unnecessary.

    Ok, Big ron, i did read up on sustanon, it says specifically that its taken once a month or at least thats what it was originally designed for back when it was more popular, as per this forums profile on the compound.

    As for research, i actually have... and whats more, i built this cycle with the help of another forum member, who's also a personal trainer and one hell of a built guy.
    How about this then... would you say toning down to something like test prop and d-bol only, but say 2cc 100mg/ml instead of just 1cc which is what i did in my first cycle? What i found was my strength gains where pretty good on my first cycle, but nowhere near as high as i expected them to be, hence the jump to Tren/D-bol.

    Seriously HawaiianPride... those are some dam vascular arms... thats gotta be close to 1% bf!

    Thanks for the input guys, let me know what you think of my alternative.

    Yes ive read that to man, but once a month isnt ideal at all. i would suggest test P 1.5ml every second day bro.
    add the dbol if you want. but you are going to get good gains from just the test p.

    I believe those arms are a pro's after this yrs Olympia

    No it's Frank Mcgraths' and I agree looks like he had a very low BF in that photo...

    Give 400mg of T-Prop per week a go with the oral you have planned already. Keep the diet in check, utilize the necessary precautions to remedy unwanted side effects.

    Now on your cardio, damn I can't imagine doing 2 sessions of HIIT and regular cardio in conjunction with a workout in one day, that's intense. Maybe that's why your last cycle wasn't very pleasing, you were burning off all that muscle!

    I like to do fed HIIT on off days while on cycle.

    Hey Hawaiian... yes the cardio is my biggest concern, but to be honest, on my last cycle... i didnt do much cardio at all, even on my off days. Cardio is my secrete worst enemy. Its very hard to motivate myself to do it, thats why i want to try this... its two hours of cardio a day, BUT... its VERY lite.... the hiit is 15 min HIIT and then 15min just lite peddling, while the eliptical is 30 min of continuous but lite walking.... I've read that both hiit and low intensity cardio will do it.... Take a look at my avatar... thats me... i mean, as a whole my body isnt a skinny scrony one... i can pack on the meat, but the fat comes along for the ride... so i'm going to up my effort to let the cardio take care of the fat and the weights take care of the muscle.

    I hear you on the cardio and weights in the same day.... thats why i split it up accross the whole day... that also forces me into the mind set that my entire day revolves around my workouts, which is a habbit i want to develop.

    I'll let you all know how this goes for the first 4 weeks, and i'll post pics and get some feedback.

    Fun, You seem like you have a good head on your shoulders. Listen to these guys, they know what they're talking about. My hat's off to you if you get all that cardio done. It's good to see someone trying to get in the habit of having their day revovle around workouts, still If you're still building that lifestyle and making workingout a habit you may not really be ready to cycle. I'm not trying to be an ass I just don't think it's good to see you depending on drugs to stay in shape. Being in shape has to be a lifestyle with or without drugs. You could benifit from time really learning how to eat, how to workout, and just learning what your body reponds to. A personal trainer helps, but when it comes down to it you need to know your body. Again I'm not being a jerk this is just my opinion.
