    How fast?

    Hey guys, I'm about to start my first cycle and I'm wondering how fast you all insert the pin into your muscle? I've read on places like spotinjections.com that you should take it like a dart to put it in the muscle........but how fast? Sorry to ask such a stupid question but I really don't want to f this up

    The only thing I can tell you is to go at a pace that you are comfortable.
    Personally, I don't stab myself, I slide it in slow and steady.

    yeah dont jab it in it hurts worse just put the pin to the edge of the skin then slide in doesnt hurt much at all

    less irritation when u go slow, i almost poke myself with it lightly until i feel it break the skin then slide the rest in, painless.
