Pete's Cycle
Ok guys here it is for those of you who haven't seen it yet:
Age: 34 hieght: 5'10" wieght: 237lbs years training: 16+ cycles to date: 1 (deca /winny last summer) Goal: to be contest ready by April 13th. Start date: Took first injection last night, start dbol today.
Weeks 1-3 Sust @ 750mg/week
weeks 1-4 dbol @ 50mg/day
Weeks 4-10 sust @ 500mg/week
weeks 1-10 durabolin @ 400mg/week
weeks 10-15 prop. @ 50mg/ed
weeks 10-20 EQ @ 400mg/week
weeks 15-20 winny@ 50mg/day
**weeks 15-20 T3 @ Days 1 75mcg (3 tab)
Days 2 100mcg (4 tab)
Days 3-20 125mcg (5 tab)
Days 21-24 100mcg (4 tab)
Days 25-28 75mcg (3 tab)
Days 29-32 50mcg (2 tab)
Days 33-36 25mcg (1 tab)
Days 37-42 12.5mcg (.5 tab)
weeks 10-20 clen Day 1 - 1 tab
Day 2 - 2 tabs
Day 3 - 3 tabs
Day 4 - 4 tabs
Day 5 - 5 tabs
Day 6-14 - 6 tabs
*Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycled with an ECA up to contest
** I used CYC's formula 5/40/55
I have nolvadex on hand and clomid for post cyle. I'm also using milk thistle @ 1100mg/day while on dbol and winny, as well as a multi-vitamin
Diet bulk: 4000-4500 cals day, 400+g protein, 400+g carbs, 90g fat (mostly unsatured fats...but will allow some free meals during the bulk phase)
Diet cut: 2500-2000-1500 cals, 300-400g protein, 50-125g carbs (with a carb up day every week or two), 40-60g fats (all unsaturated)

Yes my big friend, the day has finally arrived. I'm taking the first 1/4 of my ** dbol in 2 hours. I shot 2cc of ** durabolin and 1cc of russian cyctahoh sust250 last night....I have 3cc's of burning love embedded deep in my right thigh There was a slight pain when it went in and it grew gradually over the next 20 minutes. It feels like a bad bruise, but OH....what a nice pain My sust passed the freezer test, but I didn't experience any stinging that is supposed to accompany a sust injection. Maybe the 2cc's of durabolin helped keep the sting minimal. Anyway, I'm back on and super jakked to hit the gym this evening. I love this!!!

Good work Pete looks like a good cycle mapped out there.
I got stinging from every inj until I drew the Sust up first then sucked 2 cc of air and pushed 2 cc of air and the sust into the vial of deca and mixed the lot up and drew it back and I then got very little stinging.
Your gonna be HUGE soon my friend!!

Just starting week 2.
Week one, gained approx 8-9lbs, from 237lbs to 245-246lbs. I'm sure there is water but shoulders feel nice and full. I'm also sure there was no fatloss, but that's not my concern at present. Felt very good in the gym...lots of energy. I expect to some strength increases in the next two weeks. Although my diet was almost impossible to maintain this past weekend ( heavy home renovations) I ate good all week. Here is a sample of what a typical eating day looks like.
8am -2 wheat bagels with natural peanut butter
2 scoops of whey with milk
10:30am - 2 chicken breasts and wheat pasta with olive oil
1:30pm - 10oz inside round with brown rice
4pm - 6oz shrimp with brown rice
7pm - post workout 2 scoops whey + 1 scoop dextrose (water)
8pm - can of tuna and small tin of pineapples
10pm - scoop whey + water
Approx: 4300cals, 400g protein, 480g carbs, 85g fat

I hate guys like you, 4300 calories a day and you gain 8-9 lbs in a week.
I'm 6'3", 250 and I do 7000 calories a day. I'm lucky to gain 1-2 lbs a week. Granted I'm not using and haven't in almost a year. I will again soon though.
Looks like a pretty good cycle anyway. You're a lucky man.

Sorry fellas...wieght is holding steady at 254lbs...lost some water after stopping dbol ...strength is still climbing, but I have to be careful. I injured my pec the other day when I was blasting through set of inclines with the 120's...a word of caution...slow and steady Started dieting this week and cardio...man 'o' man am I out of shape!! 3.5 weeks left of sust/durabolin ...then it's right into EQ/prop/winny/clen /T3....project lean!!!!

As you hit the "Lean" portion of your cycle.....I'll be interested to see if ya drop weight....But as you get lean....You'll look bigger I'm sure.
