Cycle resluts
Hey.
I started my first cycle ever on January 27th, since then I've gained from 158 lb to 185 lb
Bf Don't know (Hoping that you experts could give me a hint to what it looks like!!)
I've been running.
250 mg Testex /week
400 mg Primobolan Depot/week
Anadrol 50/1 tab a day for 30 days
When out of Anadrol I used 10 tabs of Thai divided throughout the day.
Restandol 40 mg/tab 1 a day
Currently I'm at week 6, week
I will be running HCG only for week 7 and 8, and then I'll start
Sust 250 and Deca for the following 6 weeks.
Question, should I get some anti-estrogens, my nipples feels a little sore, it just started yesterday?????

About your gyno question - IMO it does NOT look like you have gyno...possibly a little fat deposit around your nipple. However, given your lean frame, I could be wrong. I'd watch for the typical symptoms. Itchy nipples, sensative nipples, lactation, anything like that, lumps etc etc
I know i personally have fat deposits around my nipples, and people mistake it for gyno. Your "fat deposit or gyno" sorta looks like what Jay cutler had this year at the arnold. With him you can tell it's gyno because he's so lean...that's the problem with you, your pretty lean now, so it's hard to say. Also, it's not terribly noticeable, so i would just check on it peroidically per symptoms. *as you stated your having sensativity...i'd get some anti-e's!!!*
Also, your obliques look pretty large...did you do anything to get them that way? or are they naturally large? they seem to dominate your waist! I'm scared i'm going to have the same problem when i get done cutting!
Your abs look great, symetrical; genetically a bit flat and thin but there is nothing we can do about that...except train with a bit of weight, but there is no need for that for you IMO.
Honestly man, you look good. Your arms look a bit lagging compared to the other parts...butyou definately have put some time in! Looking solid with nice abs!
Hit the incline chest and pound the shoulders/back and arms...
What was your begining weight and ending weight???

Hey KunipshunFit.
Thanks a lot for your advice.
My start weight was 158 lb and my current weight is 185 lb.
I've gottens some Nolvadex and have been using them for 3 days now, the soreness is going away so I guess it's just a little fat deposit.
I didn't do anything special to my obliques they have been that way ever since I started working out, I've always been large.
As you say I need to work on my shoulders back and the upper part of my chest and that's what I'm working on at the moment!!!

looks good i would say work on your trapz arms and upper chest. I like how your lats start low more towards your midsection
