thanks all, im around where i thought.
short term goal is 15% in 6-8wks and longterm 12% 230-240lbs by july-august, with a little chemical aid of course

Wow, these guys are tough, I would have guessed more 16%, not up around 20. Yeah you have a little water weight but not that bad for the size.

i knw how to diet, im just not goin to start writing pages of diets, basically eating every 2-2.5hrs phasing carbs out as the day progresses, getting 220grs protein pd. my diet shouldnt alter a terrible amount from recently, the missing equation was fasted cardios, no point in them when running slin. i have my body running pretty efficiently diet wise (have a good well tested and tried base diet) and will chop and change small things as necessary accordingto what phase of training im on

Id say its pretty obvious your diet is effective. I agree with you, wether youre cutting or bulking, your diet should not change much. You have these guys that believe that bulking includes eating any and evrything then the others that believe cutting means depleting the body of everything but protein (essentially). Im watching...

i think you are closer to 16%.. people see a little flab on the stomach and automatically consider you to be 20%.. that type of thinking is retarded.. it is a percentage of total weight.. and you are very stocky.. if you had 14" arms then i would say maybe 20%, but you don't.. i would put a hundred quid on it.

also meant to add at the start the relevance of doing this WITHOUT dangerous unnecessary crap such as clen etc. i can guarantee that i'll do this just as fast as i ever did before with clen.

well thats the 1st week of five 75min fasted cardios done.
seeing a bit more of the abs already and more defintion along my traps and upper chest, scale showing 2.5kgs off
hunger hasnt been to bad, grazing every 2hrs to keep metabolisim fired up and dupe the stomah onto that 'full' feeling
i may change my weights to the evenings as im just not feeling it after the cardio, so it'll be a twice a day trip to the gym nxt week
downside is my old psychological friend muscle dysmorphia is kicking in, gona try hard to ignore it and realise i'll actually look bigger as i harden up. hate tht feeling that im shrinking and losing muscle

You might lose a little muscle but you are big enough that a good cut will make you look awesome, man. Stay focused and kick a$$. Can't wait to see your results.
