I just wanted to say good job. I don't think your diet is all that horrible, I have had less clean diets (more calories probably) and still gained good size and strength. Your strength jumps were great, and those sure as hell don't come from fat. Water? yeah water can actually make you a tad stronger, but not nearly as much as you went up. keep it up man.

Hey blasted I'm not gonna flame ya but I will post a good point I hope. About 8 years ago I was seriously thinking about cycling etc... I got on these boards just creeping around and looking at all these posts here and there deciding exactly what my best plan of action would be. I was already helping a friend pin bc he was on equipoise and I figured that since all these guys were getting jacked as all hell (they lived together while i lived in a different complex) for spring break I'd wait and see how it turned out for them and then cycle for the summer. So when we all hit padre and i was the chubby sober Guy standing around while these guys were in a club i noticed that all of them had started to bald around the crown of their heads. Now, i started looking up the side effects of what they were taking etc and weighed that against possibly being bald or balding before 30 and i decided it wasn't a good idea. So i waited and now, since I'm more sure i'm not going bald bc of genes I'm more comfortable with the idea of possibly cycling but first i still have every intention of getting down to 12-17%. I'm not discounting your gains or size but in a year i want you to think back on what you've just done and ask yourself if you could have waited and naturally aimed for your full potential before doing what you just did. Also consider any musculo-skeletal injury you might have in the next year and think about whether this contributed to it. Every choice in life has a consequence, these guys just want your to learn from what they learned in order to avoid a similar mistake.

If I would be on your postion and I would be starting my first cycle. I would research as much as I can about bulking and cutting. You would get much better gains with low bodyfat , good knowledge of nutrition. Also if I would be on your spot I would wait little bit more until I would start my first cycle . It is allways better to make most of being natural and research about diet, training and so on, until jumping into ''world of roids''
Anyways good luck to you and looking forward to see your progressLast edited by PurpleOnes; 04-25-2011 at 02:06 PM.
