    First Cycle Test E

    Hi all,

I'm new to the forum, just been doing a little reading up on other members cycles and thought it would be good to post up and get some feedback on what im doing right or wrong and see where it takes me.

    Age: 23
    Height: 6.0"
    Weight: 104kg / 230lbs
500mg Test E Every monday, last monday 18th was my first.

I've been training probably 2 years now.

Just a few current Max's at the gym.

    Flat bench: 140kg / 308lbs
    Dumbell Bench: 60kg each / 132lbs

    Preacher Curl: 60kg / 132lbs
    Standing dumbell Curl: 25kg / 55lbs

    Lat Pull down: 100kg / 220lbs

Leg Press (Dont laugh, I need to concentrate on legs more): 240kg / 530lbs

    Shoulder Press freeweight machine: 80kg / 175lbs

    Skull Crushes: 55kg / 121lbs

My Diet, Currently I'm just having meats such as steaks, chicken breast bacon etc, alot of eggs, some veggies, oats or weetbix in morning.

I drink sugar free drinks, dont know if its a must of not, I just prefer them.

I dont have take away foods like maccas or Hungry Jacks/Burger King.

I dont *REALLY* have a set diet, I just try eat realively healthy, but in saying that, I skip meals alot because of work, I have my own business and im pretty flat out 7 days, but I do try eat when I can.

I generally goto the gym 5:30am or midday if work is slow, try for atleast 4 - 5 times a week.

I'll throw up some pics, I have on the fatter side, but from 2 years ago being 130kg / 286lbs of just fat, then going to the gym and now 104kg / 229lbs and put on noticable muscle, I think i've come a fair way and I think i should be ready for my first cycle, hence already having my first :P

Constructive critisism welcome, Flammers... not so much :P

    Cheers.

im no roid expert but y r u shooting up all 500mg on monday? shuldnt u go monday - thursday? 250mg twice a week?

and u really should have a stricter diet...just saying "ill eat when i have time" is no good :P u will end up missing loads of meals and not making the most of ur cycle. eating properly is alot more important in terms of building muscle then roids are!

Yes mate, 305 + Bar, but I have alot of fat on me too which is what weighs me down *no pun intended :P*

I have bug love handles and a big gut, no definition, mostly fat in my mid section.

I thought 305 + Bar was decent for natural?

But I signed up to get some more knowledge and info so cheer, keep goin

    Thanks

Also just thinking about what you said, If your after one rep max's, then im not sure what weight I can do, I havn't tried to do one rep at max. i'd say alot heavier just for one rep.
    But with those weights, like i said about 6 - 10 reps and 5 - 6 sets.

I know nothing about cycles, other then the info I get on here. I would suggest that you take your diet as seriously as you take your lifting and cycle. Not trying to tell you what to do, but you can always and should always make time to eat, especially if your serious about lifting. You have to give your body the proper macros to build that muscle relying on the gear alone won't get the greatest results. Good luck to you mate, and keep us posted.

    Thanks for that, appreciate it.

I have been eating alot lately, alot of eggs, chicken, steak, wholemeal stuff like brown rice brown bread etc.

I can't help but drink beer, but its pure blonde its low carb :P but I have cut back alot.

Also to add on the one rep max's today I did 2 reps at 180kg on bench press or ~400lbs 2nd rep with little help.
