1hr cardio 5x a week is too much, if you keep your diet clean you shouldnt worry about adding fat. if you want to do cardio keep it at 30min 5x a week instead, too much cardio can hinder growth opportunities

Doing the same cycle & from your pic looks like a great base to start with.But I must ask I am in my 4th wk & my test didnt kick in yet.From all my research & reading I learned that test kicks in the 5th or 6th wk & some people the 7th wk.Your are saying that strenth increased already in the 2nd wk. not doubting you but like I said from all the research & alot of members on the forum say it starts to kick in at least the 5th wk.I hope a vet or expert could chime in on this becuase I am in my 5th wk & strenth did go up a little but nothing crazy yet.

Thanks for clearing it up.Pretty sure it's legit because just went to the doc. last night & I am weighing 5 pounds more since I started.Been on a very strict diet. Strength up slightly so far.Also I am starting to see some acne at 45 yrs old....lol.Cant wait to it really kicks in.Thanks again.Like I said you have a great base to start with...... your cycle should be awesome.Good luck with it.

yeh i used dud gear test-cyp 1 hole bottle 4 weeks and achieved nothing pretty sure it was dud didnt notice any of the sides u were meant to achieve at all, then i changed to test-e 1st jab already noticed good pumps at the gym.... the test should work str8 away im pretty sure but it slowly builds up as u get more in ur system, wen it gets to about week 3-5 u have loads of it in ur system already so it will be " KICKING IN " as they call it.... thats how it works i think anyway...

Diet is EXTRA clean, roughly 4000 cal/day. Getting a min. of 300/g protein, 200-250g/carb and 50-75g/fat????????????????????
How do you get the rest of your calories?

Wow. That's unbelievable. U must be pickin up a lot of water/bloat, bro. I'm not even close. Maybe 5lbs or so. NO bloat or fat, actually lookin leaner. But I'm getting impatient. Still waiting for the "kick in".

33ibs in 5 weeks is insane...and u said u were up 10ibs in first week? ive never even heard of someone geting close to that with test e. guys i know that have run prop for first 4 week havent even got those gains!
