First let me say i will be posting pics asap... just dont feel like it now.
I finished my winny cycle around the 4-6? ... and have been in recovery.
Starting weight: 241
Ending weight: 262
current weight (2 weeks after cycle): 252
I know alot of people frown upon not running a test base during cycle but for my first cycle this was quite good. I immediately gained strength while on cycle, and around week 5-7 my strength was way up. The pumps were sick and while i was working out I looked quite muscular/vascular.
Results: Gained 70lbs on my max bench. (295)
Gained 100lbs on my deads
Gained 50 on squats
gained etc.... etc....
overall i would say my strength increased 20-30%.
I have lost SOME strength since i stopped but mostly all of my strength has stayed.
Sides werent bad at all... Had some acne on week 7 but other than that i had some dry joints, but i take glucosamine, msm, and 6 grams of fish oil a day.
.... I know people are going to shit on me for my pct but here it is... 1mg arimidex for 3 weeks... almost off.
