    Wink first cycle. test e/dbol

    Firstly im 23 5'11 211lbs body fat is around 15% not sure i have all ab definition so might be lower im goin to get an accurate reading. i plan to lower it a lil more before i cycle.
    Have been training for 5years 4years solid. Achieved some good PBs in this time..130kg bench,140kg squat,210kg deadlift

    Cycle isnt starting for around four weeks im waiting for my gym partner who will be running the same cycle.

    I have done pro hormones in the past.
    My diet is really strict it. A typical days consists of-

    Meal 1-7eggs (2yolks) 2slices of wholemeal toast,1 cup of oat 1 scoop of protein+l glutamine
    Meal 2-chicken breast,1 cup of brocolli,1 cup of rice
    meal 3-ground beef,1 cup of rice, quarter avacado.
    Meal 4-meal 2 again.
    Meal 5-1scoop of protein+l glutamine 1cup of oats,1 spoon of peanut butter.
    Meal 6-meal 2 again.
    Meal 7-chicken breast,1 cup of pasta
    Meal 8 (before bed) 1 scoop of casein protein+ lglutamine

    Age-23
    Weight-211lbs
    height-5'11
    Bf % around 15
    Goal achieve 20-25lbs gain

    My cycle planned was:
    Test e-500mg a week-week 1-12
    Dbol -30mg ed-week 1-4
    Arimidex -0.25/0.5-eod-week 1-12

    Pct
    2weeks after last injection.
    Nolva 20/20/20/20
    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Creatine+l glutamine for added boost.

    Any further input it welcome..ill be keeping a log when i start.

    Also i meant to add do you think hcg is neccesary with this cycle?
