    First cycle test cyp (photos)

    Been natural for 7 yrs. Got injured and could't lift for over 1.5yrs...Been back in the gym for a solid year now.

    I'm running test Cyp at 200mg/ml shooting every 4 days. Ive got 20cc's I'll run it till its gone.

    PCT - Nolva, HCG, & maybe Arimidex or Letro. If gyno gets bad I'll run the letro then nolva.

    First shot was 10-13-11

    Stats -

    28yrs old
    5'10"
    185
    10% bodyfat

    You look shredded! The arimidex or letro is meant to be run while on cycle and Nolva is for pct. What's your pct dosages look like and for how long?

    This is going to sound bad but I was prob gonna do something like 40/40/20/20 just the standard ish. I haven't mapped out the HCG yet. I need to do some reading on it to find out how I should dose it....I have letro on hand..prob dose. .5mg or .25mg at signs of puffiness.

    Nolva dose is good. You probably already know but start pct 2 weeks after last shot of test c. I think letro will be a bit too harsh for a simple moderate test cycle. I would go with the arimidex if you start getting water retention of puffy/sore nipples.

    Other than that eat well, train hard and have a good cycle!

    Been following your cycle, looks solid. Have you decided when you are going to begin the HCG and at what dosage? Have you had to administer any letro at this point??

    Just an update. Im still on cycle. The results aren't CRAZY like everyone thinks it will be when getting on gear. I threw some dbol into the cycle in the beginning and that actually made me look RIDICULOUS. However, I did not like how puffy I was. My face was super bloated but I did look massive. Now I'm still just on the test cyp. I have actually been trying to cut while on this. Do you all think that is a waste of a cycle? I am bigger a good 5 lbs heavier at the same bodyfat. I will post a picture next week. What type of gains should I be expecting? 285-300g protein a day, 200g carbs, and 40-50g fat. Around 2200 - 2400 cals. 98% of my cals come from food. Only take I protein shake a day.

    Def. Watching your progress. Im currently running dbol/prop. Im actually looking forward to being done dbol. It really puts a wrench in my cardio!

    It's good when you run a cycle and only gain 5-10 lbs. The people that gain 20+ gain bloat and fat with it. When you gain just 5 lbs you can safely assume it's muscle vs water and fat like the 20+ people who will lose most of their gains afte pct. If your stuck at 5 lbs. Add 500 Cal to your diet every two weeks. Keep it up man.

    IMO you are limiting your gains if you cut on cycle, unless you are going for lower BF as your goal. you look pretty lean to me - I'd try to eat a calorie surplus of at least 1500-200 calories to gain muscle. If it's all clean food and not too much fat you should do well. You just need to keep eating every 3 hours cause u will be a metabolic furnace 4 weeks in! Post up a daily diet to have a look see. - other great thig on cycle is that your recovery time will be cut by 40-60%. It's also a pretty light cycle at 350 mg of Test a week. most guys do 600 a week for the first cycle. You'll still benefit, but just not as much.

    I was pumped as shit in that pic. I have a pretty sick pre workout stack that blows me up in the gym. I dont look like that out the gym. Its not like I'm black I don't that sick of genetics lol.

    What is your workout stack, bro - i love getting a good pump going. Im usually going for White flood or C4 with some NO capsules and then 60 gms of dextrose and bcaas during workout. only problem is when i workout after 4 pm - that keeps me up at night - too many stimulants.
    looks like you are doing well - diet is good too? eat clean, but shovel it in 7 times a day while u are cycling.

    SuperPump Max + Agmatine gives pretty ridiculous pumps. And add in the dbol, sometimes I feel like my skin might tear.
