    My first Test E, Tren, Dbol cycle - LOG

    Hi guys new to this site ill post a log of my TEST TREN and DBOL cycle.

    Im 22yr old
    150LBS and not very tall around 5'8"
    Roughly 12% BF

    Ive got a diet laid out and its great so far.

    Protien: 291
    Carbs: 350
    Fat: 75

    Calories around the 3200-3300 mark.

    Ive added a pic of me from today ive started injecting yesterday.

    Also if you guys have any recommendations such as fish oil or multi v tablets please share as i havnt got any yet or any other pointers.

    That's a pretty aggressive cycle at 22 years old. Is this your first one? Have some questions:Can we see this diet in full? How long do you plan on cycling? Dosages of each compound? And you didn't mention PCT?

    Stpete the cycle will go for 10 weeks tren will start at week 5 and dbol wll finish at week 6 with test continuing till weeks 10

    Heres my diet


    Meal 1 7.00am

    Eggs
    oats
    skim milk
    Evolve mass fx protien

    Workout .

    Meal 2 Post Wo 8/9pm
    Evolve post workout shake
    oats 60g

    Meal 3 11pm

    chicken / kangaroo fillets (alternate)
    Brown rice 1/3 cup
    chickpeas 1 serving

    Meal 4 2pm

    lean ground beef 4 oz
    broccoli 6 oz
    Brown rice

    Meal 5 6pm

    chicken fillet (salmon/ barramundi alternate)
    Brown rice 1/3 cup
    chickpeas/broccoli 1 serving.
    lettuce
    Massfx protien

    Meal 6 9-10pm

    Cottage cheese 2%
    Banana
    Massfx protien

    This is my second cycle my first was sus deca but did not have the knowledge i posses now

    Doses

    2ml test/ week (weeks 1-10)
    2ml tren/ week (weeks 5-10)
    4 db tabs per day (weeks 1-6)

    Clomid, novadex d and arimidex (only use if i get sides)

    What esters of tren and test? also what is the strength/ml of the gear?

    Looks decent but i would substitute the post workout shake for a meal. And i would like to know the esters as well. I'll be following. You going to post regularly?

    if it was me id drop 1 shake...... move the banana to pre wrkout if you need to have one.... not too bad of a diet.... its tuff to get more cals when you eat so clean... this its alot of food you have.. i havent added it up but the cals seem short for that many esters.... id add food and drop an ester........ food is what makes you grow bro.... keep it in mind...... you can only gain so much with the gas you put it... weight must come from somewhere...............not oil........
