Hi guys so I have been busy and not really able to post too much but I wanted to update u guys on my cycle progress.

If you are not already familiar with my cycle i am running 580mg of Sust and 500 mg of EQ, for 18 weeks... inject x3 a week. My 4th cycle, i weighed in at 200 when I started. Been lifting hard on and off 8 years, been back at it bout 10 months solid. HAve a great diet, and make sure to get least 8-9 hrs sleep e/d...dont drink, no soda or fast food. Eat pretty clean.

So for weight in 7 weeks I am up 22 pounds, and I have to say its pretty good weight, somewhat lean not to much fat...

My strength is way up, I hit 315 on bench other day few times, im squatting 400 free squat, 650 guided squat rack, and a little over a 1k n leg press. Shoulder press is at 365 plus, and dead lift 315.... all my lifts are up 30% + easy....

Feeling good little trouble sleeping, anger is getting worse my fuse is super short but very controllable just a little snappy... no acne, or any aromatization that i can tell so far.

I got a question too, i do no cardio while cycling atm and didnt my last cycle but im feeling winded alot faster should i start and do u feel its counter productive? I do smoke medical cannibus (yes im legal), only at night though and mainly for sleep as i cant sleep for shit on my gear, but i dont think i smoke enough to really affect me like that... my friend said something about needing to work my lungs to be able to keep up with my body gaining size idk if thats bull**** or not...
