    My 1st Stack Cycle, Started Jan 2

    Started this Cycle Jan 2nd 2012. Still doing research to improve it currently, so working document, and cycle so far.
    Anyone see any improvements I can make to it? Goals = be at 225 at end of it, bigger, stronger, healthy

    Cycle Log

    STATS
    Age 32
    Weights 11 years
    Height: 5ft 11inch
    Weight: 195lbs
    BF% is around 15.5%
    Cycle history: Deca Twice for 10 weeks each in 2003 (Did No as PCT )

    Cycle
    Weeks 1-5 D-Bol 40mg pday (10mg morning(7am)/20mg PWO(11.15am)/10mg evening(5pm))
    Weeks 1-10 - 200mg Deca (Monday AM & Thursday PM)
    Weeks 1-12 - 250mg Test E (Monday AM & Thursday PM)
    L-Dex - Weeks 3-12 at .25Ml's a day

    PCT
    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    HCG last 4 weeks at 1,000 IU a week

    Workout Program (5 days Per Week/35 minutes each)
    Monday: Legs & Calves
    Tuesday: Back/Tri's
    Wednesday: Shoulders/Abs/Traps
    Thursday: Chest/Bi's
    Friday: Legs & Calves
    Cardio: Ride Road bike on weekends, 1-2 hours each

    Diet
    Work out Day:
    20-21 Calories per pound of Body Weight (4,000)
    2 grams of Protein/Carbs per BW (400)
    .5 grams of fat per BW (95-100)

    Non-Work out Day:
    16 Calories per pound of Body Weight (3,200)
    1.5 grams of Protein (300)
    1 Carb per BW (200)
    .65 grams of fat per BW (125-130)

    Been bothered by my Bum shoulder, I took a month off from shoulder related lifting to prep for this, and to give my new bum shoulder a chance to heal, did not work. So far lifting through the pain. Eating pretty well overall, lifting with purpose, and energy. Next Shot is in 4 hours.

    Everyone is going to tell you to do test at 250mg a shot.

    The anavar will almost be useless ran for only 2 weeks. You should start it at least 2 weeks before that.. best results being 4 weeks before. PCT is also pretty weak for the amount of compounds you are running.

    Deca should help with your shoulder problems too.

    Ok, Test up a little, I can easily up the start date of the Anavar. I was, and am hoping the Deca does help the shoulder. I have some HCG as well, maybe look into taking that to help the PCT?

    On the Test, 1st time taking it, was thinking 400mg's a week would be enough? But really think needs to be 500mgs?

    Today is Day 12 of the Cycle, Friday 2nd Leg day of the week.
    Squats 225 x 15, 225 x 15 275 x 10
    Leg Press Machine 3 sets of 450 x 12-15
    Leg Extensions 3 Sets of 90 x 15
    Leg Curls 3 Sets of 50 x 15
    Calves Burn out project 1 set 90lb X 30, 1 set 180lb X 25, 1 set 270 X 15, 3 sets of 270 X10-15 (15 sec rest) 3 sets of 180 X 12-18, 3 sets of 90lb X 15-20

    If this is your first cycle ever then test alone at 400mg/week will give you results...

    If you have HCG on hand why wouldn't you add it in when running 3 compounds.

    Is my 1st Stsck, and 1st of Test. I will look at using my HCG, just completely clueless on how to use it, HCG is very foreign to me, and the instructions are in another language. I'll research on here best I can on how to use it.

    I don't know how necessary Anavar and L-Dex is for a 1st cycle, possibly run nolva for another week at 20 and have some extra on hand for after pct just in case, maybe run test at 300 looks good other then that

    Pinned myself this morning, all Glutes so far, no problems there yet. Also started my A-Dex, at .25 every other day.

    Your workout and diet plan is solid! Your cycle looks good except maybe drop the anavar and leave it for another time. I do suggest running HCG if you've got it from weeks 11-14 at 1000iu per week. How much of it do you have?

    Awesome, was wanting to cut out the Anavar as well, DONE. I have 3 Boxes of 1 ML Solvant, and 1 Amp 5000I.U.

    Still not sure how to administer, or mix, or any of it.

    I just weighed in today Day 19 at 211 pounds, up 15 pounds so far :-).
    Yesterday hit Chest and Bi's, very Happy with Strength 205 X 15 (Twice) and 225 X 10 on the Flat Bench.
    Legs again today, and some Cardio. All is good, but really need to figure out this HCG, also started taking the L-Dex, felt like I was feeling tenderness around the nipples.

    It's pretty easy! Put 2ml into the HCG vial and shake it so that every 1ml is 2500iu. Then from weeks 11-14 take either 1000iu -1250iu(.4ml-.5ml) once per week. You could do IM injections or subq and make sure to keep it in the fridge once you've mixed it.

    Day 22 of Cycle, Very Strong gains in strength, crazy gains.
    Leg day today, went hard, really pushed myself, so hard felt like I needed to puke for the following 30 minutes after.
    Squats - 2 Sets of 275lb X 15, 1 Set of 295 X 10 ( Next week will go for 315 set of 10)
    Leg Press Machine - 3 sets of 450 lb's X 15
    Leg Extensions - 3 Sets of 130lb's X 15
    Leg Curls - 3 sets of 80lbs X 15

    I forgot to Weigh, will have to wait till tom. for that.

    Thanks for the HCG advice, I think I can do what your saying.

    Up 15 lbs in 19 days. Huge weight gain so far. Any pics?

    Didn't take any before, my fault, did take measurements, and will take a pic next Monday, and remeasure to see progress.
    Today weighed in at 213, up a little, but slowing down, have been sick last week and a half, tuff to keep calories up, Getting much stronger,
    Legs this week did Squats of 315 X 15, X 14, X 12. Best leg day ever for me.

    Day 51, Been awhile since last post, accountant, start of the new year, crazy for me. Dropped a little after getting off DBol, now at 216 pounds, a little chunkier then I'd like, eating a lot, but no cardio, and not enough time to lift. Will work on some picks, and I have all of my PCT on hand, but still working on how to take. How to mix the HCG, also with a wife at home, how to keep it in fridge, and her not find out, anyone have this problem and a potential fix?
