Girl Needing help on 2nd cycle!! Help!
Ok I finished my 1st cycle and went from 124lbs to 138lbs. Also my biceps went from 11.8in. to 13.0in. I had no diet on first cycle. I ate whatever I wanted.
Ok my next question is on my 2nd cycle what meals do I have to eat to gain more muscle on me? I want my biceps to be at least 14in. By the end of this cycle. Any info would be great. Ty

Lean foods rich in cals & protein are key. . . Easier said then done, I know this but keep eating shitty foods.

Ok I don't understand! I haven't been on a diet ever. I'm looking on what foods, I could eat to help me grow bigger. "I need someone to post a list of foods".
This what I eat & drink daily.
Tacos, pizza, beans, eggs, bk breakfast crossant, KFC, no fruit, no veggies. All shitty foods. I think the only thing that has protein is monstermilk that take after the workout!
