    My first cycle - Help needed

    So I am starting my first cycle. I have Dianabol , Nolva and clomid. Someone suggested that I should cycle Dbol for 6 weeks at 30-40mg a day, add Nolvadex at week 3-6 for 10mg a day, finally week 7 and 8 use clomid for PCT at 50mg a day. Is this a good cycle if I want to gain muscle mass while being lean?

    First... Stats?

    Second... Do more research.

    Running Dbol by itself is a waste.
    You need a test.

    Your dosing of Nolva is wrong.
    Your use of nolva and clomid are wrong.

    Research.

    But hit up the diet and training sections and I bet youll learn enough to get your body too change.

    I am currently 185lbs at 5'11. I am still gaining without the use of any gears however I need to speed up the process. I got my diet and training down packed. Got my supps as well.

    Would methyltest do? How do u guys recommand my first cycle?

    About to be 30 soon. Been at the gym for about 4 years. For the last two year I've really been going hard but I've only gained half an inch on my arm. Grew one inch around my chest. That's pretty sad. I've been taking in around 3800 cal around 360g protein and 280-300g of complex carbs on loading weeks. On my deload weeks and cutting weeks I cycle my carbs as well as my cal.
    I've been taking some supplements that kinda helped me gain some strength but nowhere near what I want. So yea...lol

    Sorry had to ask, we get a lot of 15 year olds on here it seems lol. i am by no means the expert here but from research on here it seems that the general consensus for a first cycle is test e with an ai on cycle for 12-14 weeks followed by clomin and nolvac for pct. do strictly take my word on that, look around the site and read the stickies. There is a tremendous amount of knowledge to be gain from this site, preferably before begining any cycle.

    Lol, thanks dude. I did take 2 days reading all the faqs and saw how I should take my first cycle and first post recovery. There r a ton of info on this forum. Dont even know where to start. Lol
