prop 100mg eod 1-3
cyp 500mg ew 1-10
equipoise
400 or 500 ew 1-10

I have nolva and proviron can someone help me on when to start and how much to take, thanks.

You could take 10mg Nolva ed or you can wait for signs of gyno and start taking it then, 40mg for a few days then 20mg for the rest of your cycle.Not sure on Proviron , think it's 50mg ed on its own, but i don't know how it stacks with other anti-es.

get some liquidex/arimidex or letrozole --both very easy to find--your test dose is fairly conservative so you might not need any anti-es but dont quote me on that i dont know how prone to gyno you are

Proviron mainly helps stay hardened up I have heard. But thanks for the info

If you are running cyp I'd get some liquidex and throw it in at 0.5mg ED.
