Summer Test E-500
Hey everyone I'm pretty new to the forum here but I've been reading it for some time now.
So I've already started my cycle of test e 250 twice a week.
Stats 24 yo
5'11''
Start weight 207
Lifting exp 4 years
Two weeks before the cycle i really cleaned up my diet. This is my diet on a daily basis
Morning shake 100g oats
2 scoops protein
250ml egg whites
250ml berries
Natural peanut butter
Spoon of fish oil
Vit c
Animal pak
Meal 2
200g chicken
150g rice
50 g veg
Meal 3
1 scoop waxy maize
3 scoops protein
Meal 4 same as 3 with creatine
Meal 5 same as 2
Meal 6 night time shake 2 scoops of protein and fish oil
Additional supplements
-preworkout
-bcaa's
-animal pak
-fish oil
-protein
-creatine
-lots of water
So far the cycle is going well, I'm three pins in weight has increased to 211.5 but that's most likely because of the diet.
No problem with pins ( I usually get my buddy to do them )
Mood good
Libido down a little (not that bad though)
Nips have gotten a little sensitive, they feel a little sore sometimes. Might start taking arimasin 10mg everyday, I read swifts post. What do you guys think.
Going to start doing more cardio as well soon.
I'll post more about my workouts and weights when I have a chance

Alrighty took awhile for my thread to come up.
Started taking the aromasin 12.5 ED. Sides have gone away pretty much, I find it's giving me headaches though. It's not that bad

Sometimes if I have more time I'll substitute meal 3 for a real one.

I have noticed a huge weight gain. My buddy hasn't gained much, I'm starting to think that I may be gaining fat, maybe I should lower my carb intake.? What do you guys think?
Still taking aromasin 12.5 every day should I stick to that or do eod ?

Mood, alright I think the aromasin makes a little tired or cloudy I should say, only in the morning. has anybody else experienced this?
Do you guys think I should do cardio on the cycle or wait until I'm done? What do you guys think?
Strength has increased, but I haven't noticed anything spectacular... Hopefully that will kick in soon

cardio works out the most important muscle of all, your heart. so yea good idea to do it. also dont cut too quickly, once you've completed your cycle and PCT, maintain what you have for a while (couple months at least), get used to your new body, then cut.

Workout today was awesome. Definitely felt stronger in the gym today. After my workout I was pooped though. Thank god I was off work, I had a nap.
I am wondering if I should up my dose of aromasin what do you guys think? I'm taking 12.5 Ed does anybody have any experience with it ?

So i just finished week 4 of the cycle and week six of the diet
Things are going pretty well so far. I'm up to 219 now, I think the weight increase at the beginning was the diet, I think the test has finally started to kick in.
I'm feeling a slight increase in strength for my strong points like back and shoulders. My weaker muscle groups I haven't noticed a huge difference yet, but I'll keep working on them.
So far my view on doing thing cycle has changed dramatically. But I can't judge anything yet seeing as I've heard that it usually kicks in fully in week six.
It's hard seeing my friends drinking and not being able to, so far the sides outweigh the gains, but like I said we'll see in week six, I think I'm just being hard on myself.
Mood has been up and down
Still taking aromasin 12.5 EOD, I take it at night before bed, I'm foggy until noonish, it sucks but it's def better than Gino !
One Problem though guys! Maybe somebody can help out.
The bird has been complaining that I haven't been as HARD lately, I'll get a bonner but after ten mins I'll loose it, then get it back.
Before my cycle I never had a problem with this. I know it's probably just one of the sides and it'll go away after, but maybe I could do something.?
Motivation level has been down a little but I just tell myself GET JACKED and I get excited to work out. I think it's awesome that I have a workout buddy that's doing the same cycle as me, so we compare notes

Week six into the cycle.
So far no sides currently still taking aromasin at 12.5 mg EOD, but I will try doing 6 mg EOD
Cycle has been good, noticing slight strength increases, although I thought they would have been higher. The day following my leg workout I am always super tired, was hoping AAS would help with that, but I guess not on this stuff
Current weight is 217, I seem to be maintaining that weight pretty well.
Going to get some HCG and clomid for pct
Had to buy some new jeans because none of mine fit !!

Workout today was awesome, def noticing the strength gains,
Did 405 lb deadlift for x8, I was pretty happy with that, and my other sets at 315 x11
DB rows were beast mode today at 125 x12 each arm x3

So 6.5mg of aromasin is working awesome, I'm not noticing any sides from it, very happy I made that choice . Still taking it EOD

Just did legs today, felt VERY strong in legs, it was a huge increase.
I am wondering what is everybody's take on possibly taking anavar for the last few weeks of the cycle.how mild is it.
Keep in mind this is my first cycle, should I just stick to the test?

I tell ya since I've started this cycle the grocery bill and supplement bill has been a lot harder.
Does anybody have a bodybuilder idol that they follow?
Mood has been good, I find myself critiquing myself on things in life a lot more now.... Could be good or bad.
For example, I didn't do very well on a test I had, usually I would just shrug it off, but I've been dwelling on it all day. I just keep reminding myself... That I'm on stuff.
Any takes on my question about anavar ?

Alrighty guys ! Going into week 8 of the cycle things are looking really good.
Not really getting much input from the folks here in the forum though ... Ah well I guess test 500 is quite common here...
I'll post new pics sometime this week.
I'll be finishing this cycle on week 10, then I'll be starting my pct I'll be doing hcg and clomid, not quite sure of the doses yet. Should I still be running my AI as well?
And I'll be starting this 14 days after the cycle ends. I am not excited for pct, but this is the part that counts. We will see what I maintain !
I was thinking about my next cycle one of my buddies suggested test e, d-Bol, tren . I have heard great things about tren, but beware of the sides if they do occur. We will see what happens, as it stands I'll be taking 3 months off for sure.

How is your friend doing on his cycle? Make sure you do a solid PCT. I sent ya a PM
And Tren is not a second cycle choice. I is 5x stronger than Test and has more side effect's, not to mention it is very supressive. Since your young you want cycles that you can bounce back quickly on and feel ok. So going onto week nine.
Things are going very well and I am very happy with my results, I can def see how one could get addicted to this lifestyle.
I have been hearing that tren +dbol +test~e have a sort of synergy effect and is an awesome stack, I probably won't do it but my buddy (training partner) will be.
Will be taking pictures very soon.
What is everybody's take on drinking aminos during workouts ? Is it worth the money ?

Alrighty boys!
So next week on Monday is my last pin, it will then be 10 weeks, I'm excited to see how my body will look/ reactto PCT
I think I have gained a lot of water weight but we shall see. I think next time if I do another test only cycle ill do prop so that it kicks in faster.
Pretty happy with the results so far. I went from 195 to 221 lbs, my diet has been pretty spot on, so it's easy to say I didn't gain much fat.
Basically my weight increase for my workouts was superb,
DB rows I went from doing 85 x12 to 120 x12
Deadlifts from 295x8 to 405 x6
Hack squats from 6 plates x 10 to 8 plates x9 ( real deep)
Bench press went up a little but not as much as I wanted to
The only side I've noticed in these last two week are shin pumps, they feel like really bad shin splints, I can barely un because of them.
I am excited to take a break from the juice.

So on Monday ill be starting pct.
Last inject was Monday, I did 10 weeks of test-e
I am currently on 12.5 mg of aromasin EOD,
I was told to do 1000 of HCG starting Monday for EOD, and to stay on aromasin while on HCG. Then when done HCG to start clomid does this sound right?
I know pretty vague but its the only details I have .
Also I was wondering if I should cut back on the amount of carbs I was doing 150g per meal, my diet is on page 1.
What do you guys think.?

Pct is going awesome, no real sides, minor mini pimples on back, but nothing major.
No depression, and libido is VeRY good
HCG is great stuff, my last pin for that is tomorrow, the stuff sorta burns, but I've noticed an energy increase with it, def worth the money
Doing clomid EOD and will be doing that for another 4 weeks
Weight is at 218, currently giving myself a break from creatine and per workout energy shake
Overall I am very pleased with my gains.
Excited for my next cycle, I'd like to do one right before summer to cut up!!

Remember to eat more during this critical time. You should re-evaluate your TDEE and increase you cals accordingly.

Re do your TDEE (LBMX15) and increase your cals to feed your new mucsle. Otherwise you can kiss it goodbye in the next 4wks.
