Day 1: 50mgs Ace into right delt, I could instantly taste a metallic stuff and it was nasty.
Workout:
Chest, Delts
Bench press: 3 sets of 5 with 315
Incline db press: 4 sets of 8-12 with 65lbs, 70lbs, 75lbs, 80lbs
Peck deck: 4 sets of 10-12 reps(usually the entire machine which is only 130lbs)
Cable flys: 3 sets of 10-12 whatever weight feels good
Seated barbell military press: 3 sets 6-8 reps 135lbs, 155lbs, 155lbs
Side db laterals: 2 sets 12-15 reps 20lb db
No sides, feeling normal...endurance might be up.
