    Tren Ace, Beastdrol, Test E log.

    6'2"
    250lbs
    15% bodyfat
    3rd cycle(first time tren)

    Wks 1-10 500mgs/Test E(250mgs Sun/250mgs Wed)
    Wks 1-8 350mgs/Tren Ace(50mgs ED)
    Wks 4-8 30mgs/day/Beastdrol


    Day 1: 50mgs Ace into right delt, I could instantly taste a metallic stuff and it was nasty.

    Workout:

    Chest, Delts

    Bench press: 3 sets of 5 with 315
    Incline db press: 4 sets of 8-12 with 65lbs, 70lbs, 75lbs, 80lbs
    Peck deck: 4 sets of 10-12 reps(usually the entire machine which is only 130lbs)
    Cable flys: 3 sets of 10-12 whatever weight feels good

    Seated barbell military press: 3 sets 6-8 reps 135lbs, 155lbs, 155lbs
    Side db laterals: 2 sets 12-15 reps 20lb db

    No sides, feeling normal...endurance might be up.

    Day 3: 50mgs Tren Ace and 250mgs Test E into left quad

    Feeling normal. Bodyweight is at 255lbs this morning, after bathroom and no cloths on.

    Gym in a few hours...

    Legs today. I can definitely tell my my strength is up and muscular endurance. Im too embarrassed to say what im squatting, but my strength is noticably up.

    Squats 3 sets 5-8 reps
    Leg press 3 sets 8-12 reps
    Leg curl 3 sets 10-15 reps
    Leg ext. 3 sets 8-12 reps
    Calf raises 4 sets 15-20 reps

    Leg raises 3 sets 10 reps bodyweight
    Crunches 3 sets to failure


    Feeling great.

    Awesome arm workout! Nearly 20inches pumped!

    Skullcrusher: 4 sets on ez bar 125lbs 7 reps, 145lbs 5 reps, 125lbs 6 reps, 105lbs 8 reps
    Pushdowns: 3 sets 200lbs 10 reps, 210lbs 10 reps, 180lbs 12 reps
    Rope: 3 sets 100lbs 10-12 reps

    Moving on to biceps my tris were engorged with so much blood, the pump was unbelievable.

    Preacher curl db: 40lbs 7reps, 45lbs 7 reps, 50lbs 3 reps
    Hammer curl: 35lbs 12 reps, 40lbs 10 reps, 45lbs 8 reps

    My bicep workout was cut short due to how incredible pumped my arms were. I felt they got enough work in.

    No sides to report. Feeling overall good

    Im thinking 2 weeks in I might bump it to 75mg ed if sides are not bad.

    Day 6: 50mg Tren Ace and 250mgs Test E into left glute

    Chest and shoulders today. Feeling like an animal.

    Bench press: 3 sets 315 5 reps, 325 5 reps, 335 5 reps
    Incline db press: 3 sets 80lbs 12 reps, 90lbs 10 reps, 75lbs 8 reps
    Peck deck: 3 sets 10-12 reps 120-140lbs
    Cable flys: 2 sets 10-15 reps

    Seated barbell press: 3 sets 135lbs 9 reps, 155lbs 7 reps, 185lbs 4 reps
    Db side lateral: 3 sets 8-12 reps with a 25lb db
    Db rear: 2 sets 10-12 reps with 20lb db

    Big strength increase from last week in bench and shoulder press. Back-bones tomorrow!

    Ldex .5 e3d or as needed and prami .5 e3d. HCG 250 twice a week.

    Back/abs/cardio in a few hours

    I'll be flipping a 500lb(at least) tire after my workout today....a few flips of the tire would be nice.

    We have a couple tires at my gym but i've never messed w/em. do you regularly do that or just something to check out?

    Its a new thing for me, I figure since its sitting outside of my gym that Ill use it after my back workouts. Since I dont do deadlifts this tire flipping should strengthen the lower back

    Ive got a photo im trying to upload..but having problems

    To lazy to post my back workout, but it was awesome! And I flipped the tire twice...boy did that kill me!

    That's the size of ours. Going to the gym in a few hours and i might go out and fvck w/ours for a few. something new and i'm down w/that.

    That fvcker is hard to grip! I make sure my feet are set behind me and I lift Im pushing my bodyweight into it, once you get it up to your knees the rest is cake. The only issue I have is grip

    I would have never messed with the tire if a buddy of mine wouldnt have sized me up, even though he still didnt flip It which was funny and when he seen me flip it he walked away pissed off lol

    Only sides im exp. Is aggression and some irretability...I have a short temper at times.

    You're right. Getting it to my knees was the hard part. Then i just re gripped(turned my hands) and pushed it over. Did it twice.

    hopefully those will be the only sides you get. Those combined w/night sweats and insomnia got the better of me. But might add it at the end of this cycle seeing as i have some laying around.

    Hell yea! 2 flips for a first time is awesome! Yea I really dont want insomnia or night sweats.

    Im just going to stick with this tire flipping after each back session, repping that sucker would be nice and its more of "real" world strength.

    Day 9: 70mg Tren Ace into left quad

    Squats todays. Ive added at least 20lbs to my squat so far(gains i could have reached natural I know this).
    Maybe by the time this cycle is over ill let ya know my squat max.
    Also did some abs and cardio.

    I feel great all day, my bedtime weight is at the highest in my life 263lbs thats with no shoes

    Forearm: 14'
    Shoulders: 58'
    Neck: 17 1/2'
    Chest: 52'

    I probably should have waited a little longer to update pics, but Im up about 8lbs so far. I was born with scoliosis and had spine surgery when I was 16, hence the way my body leans to the side on a front shot

    Had a great arm workout today.

    Did supersets on everything, so no personal bests...just went in for the pump!

    Anybody care to guess my bodyfat?

    Incline db: 3 sets 80lbs 10 reps, 90lbs 9 reps, 100lbs 7 reps
    Db flys: 3 sets 25lbs 12 reps, 30lbs 10 reps, 35lbs 9 reps

    Did a burn out sets with cable fly machine. Cardio this evening.

    No sides, strength up. Feel great!

    This is very interesting to me, I have been looking at test enth tren ace and dbol for my first tren cycle
    It will also be my 3rd cycle

    I was not planning on running side by side, was test e with dbol kicker and 1 week break before tren a

    I guess I should update this lol. Turns out the Tren was severly underdosed...thats the second time ive been burned on a tren cycle, maybe I was not meant to run Tren..who knows. Yea I am up 8 lbs but thats probably due to the Test I started 2 weeks prior to the cycle. Soooo water weight!

    I dropped the Ace, and been on beastdrol the last 3 days. Ill update pics and lifts soon

    Barbell underhand row(first time doing this)
    115lbs 8,7,7,6,6 reps

    Lat pulldown underhand(shoulder width)
    150lbs 10 reps
    150lbs 9 reps
    170lbs 6 reps

    Machine row
    180lbs 8,8,8 reps

    Seated barbell millitary press
    135lbs 10 reps
    185lbs 8 reps
    205lbs 5 reps

    Db side lateral
    25lbs 3 sets to failure


    Bench is still improving and so is millitary.

    On 9/2/12 I worked arms and I can strictly curl the 65lb db for a set of 8 reps. Also one arm db tricep ext. with 65lb for a set of 5reps.
