Hi all, just wanted to post my first cycle (and my first post)

Been working out for lots of years

Im 36 6ft1 and weigh 15st6, BF no ide but I could be18-20%??

Running as follows

week 1 - 4 dbol 30mg
week 1 - 6 deca 400mg
week 1 - 8 sust 500mg
week 11 - 14 PCT

Been running it for a week now and feeling ok. Have to admit jabbing myself in the butt didn't thrill me as I hate needles but Im doing ok with it.
Eating clean although I do get the munchies at 1am if I am up and working late and thats where I have to be careful as I will eat junk.

I am sure there is a better first cycle but this was the route I decided to take.
