    I been off gear for almost 2yrs and just started training like I used to and eating too... I'm 188lbs 5'7''

    Should I go natty until I hit the wall ? Or jump in the dark side?

    I'm doing test-e 400mg , tren-e 300mg, and masteron400 mg a week...was thinking of using slin pwo but was told by razor I could get very fat.

    Heres a pic of me in Miami after my last competition I qualify for Nationals but decided to stop. I was lucky to be the few that actually made money with bodybuilding/modeling and got to travel but did not like what directon i was going.

    yeah thats what im here for to learn... i just dont wanna get diabetes or something guess ill have to do a lot of research first. first time i ll be doing this cycle so i am yet to find out how my body responds to this mix

    1)Chicken breast
    2) steak n brown rice with butter
    3) repeat #2
    4)repeat#2
    5) 1cupcottage cheese n 1 apple

    Damn bro, no carbs first meal of the day! I couldn't do that. haha. Sometimes I can't sleep I am so hungry. I got to start the day with about 60-70 carbs!

    Here is my thought. Drop the test down to 150-200mg, up the tren to 500 or even 600 depending on if you know your sides, and run the mast at 500. If there was abetter cutting cycle than this I would crap!

    I had some sweet tea forgot... I got tired of oatmeal but I'm about to get on track lol...I wake up at 1 pm I work night shift so its hard getting used to

    See I got the GP test/ tren mix and I'm adding the masteton...not looking to get cut but to have a clean bulk n don't look bloated with water weight

    That sucks...i think you would enjoy the adjusted doses. I still would cosider Mast at a higher dose 400 seems to be the low end of prefered dosages

    400-500 is the prefered range...I am sure with your physic and experience you will do great where you are and experience wonderful results.

    I am running the same currently at 250 Test E/500 Tren E/500 Mast E/50mg Dbol...just getting into this cycle so I am excited to see the results! Good luck man!!

    Right now just plain food every 3 hours ...my wife just says ewwuu u eat a lot lol...its amazing how food alone making my muscles full again. Too bad newbies don't realize this, I'm even thinking how far I can take it with just food and protein powders before I touch AAS. Going whto the gym right now I'm off so I'll be cooking for at least 2days worth. Its a hassle having ur meals readyfor a day when I work 14 hrs a day

    The hell. I couldn't do that. I HAVE to get at least 7hrs of sleep or I'm a zombie with bags under my eyes. U must only get 4hrs of sleep at night

    I sleep 6 hours and 1 at work...188-194lbs just weightmyself at two different scales I can't believe how my body got that muscle memory

    Test E 500mg Tren E 300mg and adding Masteron E 400 mg a week...was thinking running for 12 weeks...and decided to save insulin for carving up for a competition in the future. Was thinking trying IGF1-DES during my pct

    You looked like a beast bro! I'm sure you will be back there soon enough. I have always heard its best to have the tren dose half of the test dose to avoid the sides from tren so the proposed cycle sounds good bro! cant wait to see the results.

    DO IT. I just started some igf1 des myself. 50mcg pre workout. Today was day 1 and pump was great.

    Thing is I have 2 bottles of GP test e/ tren e mix ...should I but a bottle of teen n make it 400 instead or 500? Maybe 600 lol this is confusing with dosing.
    I feel great I'm at 204 lbs now and I'm on 2 nd week only..

    204 still natural for now? I would exhaust what gains you can get on your own for a while if you haven't started, sounds like a good idea to me. Anytime you haven't bulked in a while or trained hard and ate like a monster and you start doing it you can make some serious progress, so why waste the gear when you can get it natural, and be at a better starting position to make further gains come gear? But I'm not an expert on it, but would hate to not be doing my best first before hitting a cycle.

    Yeah u are right but I'm starting with a basic cycle not awhole lot also just ordered some kreaklyn creatine, BCAA,some animal pack vitamins....I'm at 2 weeks on cycle so iguess in 2 more weeks the party will begin lol
