    First Cycle

    6ft1 185 8%bf, cut from 205. Starting this up in movember just getting it all ready.

    Cycle
    1-4 Dmz
    1 – 13 Enan 500mg/wk
    1 – 12 EQ 500mg/wk
    8-12 Var
    1 – 15 Nolvadex 10mg ED
    1 – 15 L-dex .25mg ED

    PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection`
    Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

    Welcome to the boards, Shreds,

    This entire cycle is a big "no no" my friend. Let's get started.....

    For your first cycle, you should run Test E only. This is because you want to understand how your body reacts to test, as this will be your base for all future compounds. You do not want to include other compounds because you do not have experience with them. Because you do not know how your body reacts to them, this will cause the inability to identify the culprit.

    Let's talk about a beginner cycle now...

    Test E @ 500mg per week for 12 weeks (pinned twice per week, mon/thurs for example)
    Your L-Dex should be used on cycle only, no need to use it for post cycle therapy .
    You should seriously consider including HCG @ 250iu twice weekly to prevent testicular atrophy and speed up recovery.
    PCT should consist of Clomid -100/50/25/25 and Nolva-40/40/20/20 (2 weeks after last injection)

    Drop the var and never use EQ - this compound raises RBC count to unnecessary elevations and gains are quite minimal, if any.

    Was taking eq because I read it helps with appetite. Also got that stack from the beginners section thread. I'll pick up the hcg . What about the dmz kickstart old formula. I've run quite a few prohormone cycles.

    We know WHY you would take EQ but instead of giving excuses and reasoning behind it, listen to what austinite said. It's not worth it. Man up and stuff your face. You will have an increased appetite with the test alone.

    If hunger is the only reason for EQ, try OTC stuff. B12 can also help in that department.

    First shot of 250 test e last night, went smooth. Weighed in at 192, calories are at 4700. Can't wait to feel this stuff working. Waiting for hcg to arrive.

    Second shot tonite. First shot got pain in my tailbone, injection site isn't really sore just tailbone. Time will tell about second shot.

    Everything's going good so far. I'm 30 days in and haven't felt "on" yet. No sides to really speak off, random headaches, crabby a little( I'm a chef so when the rush hits and servers start acting up I'm a little less patient with them lol. No more pip stopped about 2 weeks in, not noticing more wood but I am looking at girls who before I wouldn't consider banging to now I'm really interested in doing it lol, little strange. Can't wait for this to kick in fill force, coming up on week 5.

    I started November first and man, my fiancι was sick of me after week two. I noticed immediate libido increase. I'm taking cyp at 400mg/wk. loving it so far. Just starting to notice things visually, also attribute to diet and training. Had a bunch of buddies who I haven't seen in a whole and they were shocked at how much size I've gained. Arms were bigger they said for sure.

    So on day 44, just over half way. Weight stalled this week 208.4 up from 207.2. My fault tho I had some days where I slip upped and didn't eat enough, 5400 cals gets to u after awhile. I feel just more irritable and when people say things I don't agree with I'm quick to snap back, not usually for me. Skin tends to be red most of the time...no sure what that's about. Really hoping for some sort of invincible feeling so lol.
