Started on november 9th 2012...
1-4 dbol 40 mgs guys instead of dbol went with prop 100 EOD and 40 mg tbol
1-12 tren e 500 mgs
1-12 test e 300 mgs
aromasin 6.26 eod starting wk 2 all the way though pct for gyno protection and minimal bloat
pct hcg aromasin clomid
diet...
upon waking protein shake strawberries banana 1/2 cup oats whole milk 2tbs peanut butter....around 1200 cal..
meal 2 4 whites 3 whoes eggs 2 slices american cheese 2 slices wheat bread
meal 3 cup brown rice 10 oz steak
meal 4 cup rice or 7 oz potatoes wit 10oz steak or chicken
meal 5 post workout same shake as meal 1
meal 6 casein shake before bad with water
maintenance calories is 2500 going on a 4400 calorie bulk thats 2000 over normal you guys think i wont get fat on this diet or should i lower a bit????

315 x 5 shrug. Guys I do 3 muscle split so theese stats are not based on max lifts cause I mesure theese stats after my work out only been a week on cycle next week ill take a day only for max lifts also still have to do legs tomorow so ill update....
