    Round numero 2 (D-Bol and Test Enen)

    Decided to run my cycle 2-3 weeks early. Fucg it,

    20mg of D-Bol per day split in 2 for 4 weeks.
    750mg of Test Enen per week (split in 2) < It's not 750 and I know it. From what I hear it is underdosed. 10 weeks of this then onto prop for 2 weeks.
    10mg ED of Stane

    Possibly bridging into another cycle. Depends on what I feel like.

    Starting @ 197 Pounds

    Bf% is right @ 14%

    Diet is stone solid. < No shit. . . . . Adjusting my carbs in small increments.

    34" waist

    Bi's are right under 17" cold. 17.25 after a workout.

    Benching a solid 225x4 < weak - lol



    Repping x6 80 pound dumbbells on a inline and flat bench

    Squating 265x6

    Deads 255x6


    Hoping for a 15 pounds of retaibnable Lbm

    Feelin' shatty today. . . . Don't know if it's the "test flu" shit or what not. Got a runny ass nose and feel like my body temp is a tad higher. Plus I have a nice welt on my ass from this shat. I think the Gf nicked a vein since there was little bit of blood.

    But, I been doing homework for 8 hours straight and that really adds to my frustration level.

    Holly water BatMan. . . . Diet is still dead nuts, a shake or 2 a day. A chicken shake or 2 a day. About 6-8 eggs per day. . . Now I am drinking and using a tiny bit of skim milk in my shakes and eating a cup of Greek Yogurt per day.

    Went from 197 to 200 pounds flat in a blink of a fugin' eye. Jesus. . . . . I am tightening down on my diet even more. Every cal, carb, fat and g of protein is accounted for.

    If u want to reduce the amount of water you retain I believe you need to closely regulate your sodium intake. I started watching sodium in everything I eat and have noticed a huge difference. Only down side I am salt sensitive now and an taste any added salt in any meal.

    I was considering that. But, I don't add anything to any of my food. Eggs have a lot of sodium. How do I go around that? I know I can eat just egg white, but I like whole eggs.

    Yea just watch the labels and you'll see sodium is in a lot of good foods, but any ways possible I go for low sodium products. Tuna with low sodium, frozen chicken breast with low sodium, low sodium breads and bagels, etc. Once you start trying to watch the sodium, you'll see the different products that are making the attempt. Even dairy has high sodium in some cases. Either way, it's a very important step in achieving overall health and avoiding blowing up with water. Gear intensifies these effects. Good luck brah!

    Weighing in at 201 as of this morning, same yesterday too. Still hard to tell if the gear is strong. I want to say it is, since I am seeing some sides already(bawls seem to be on perma cold status already). Nothing else out of the ordinary ,keeping my diet a lean 2,800-3k cal a day. Carbs are still lower than recommended(right under 200 per day). I am bringing them up as time passes. I just didn't want to blow up since I just stopped the EC stack and only went off my major cut 2-3 weeks ago.

    Just curious if you feel the effects of the dbol might go unnoticed due to the extremely low dose of 20mg daily? I was gonna run 40 or 50 when i intro dbol or
    Tbol...

    I notice it, this shit is working for sure. I am tight on measurements, my arms went up about 1/3rd of a inch if not more. I know it's water, but ehh.

    We'll see how the test feels. Since I won't really see it for another week or two.

    I think so, for lower grade UGL stuff - It's real, it works - It hurts. . . lol

    My last cycle I ran the Zaralone and it was smooth but it was fire for sure. Even their prop was smooth without just about any PIP.

    This shat is painful. Also it gave me a "test flu". The last go around I got nothing like this. But, it lasted 24 hours and it went away. My ass cheeks still hurt though. It took 4 days for the first one to pass. The 2nd is just the same.

    But, it's not bad. I feel it already for sure, nothing crazy of course. But, you know that feeling is there. So far I injected 750mg, that's a decent amount. By, week 3 I should be feeling it full on.

    Thanksgiving - - - - Yay, oh well I will eat some shitty foods today.

    Shot #3, right in the left ass cheek.

    Weighing in @ 201.5, feeling much more juiced already.

    I think I am losing Bf%. I checked with my POS digital caliper and got 13.6%. Also seeing less jiggle for sure. My calves have definition, never seen definition on my legs.

    Arms are 17" cold, I tiny bit more maybe like 17" 1/8.

    Waist is 34" flat.

    Weighed in today @ 204.5 < Ouch.

    But, my waist is just about the same(34-34.5")

    Arms are still right about 17-17.25"

    Back on a "true" diet again after the whole Thanksgiving day feast.

    Kinda odd that there is no real size gain. Just weight, 7.5 Pounds is fairly considerable I would think.

    Keeping an eye on everything as the days pass. . . . .

    Been busy as fvck, don't have the time to post more often. But, nothing too dramatic to report.

    But, the gear sure does work. I am standing like a trained woodsman. Feeling the pumps for sure also.

    Weighing in right @ 203 pounds. Feeling good, the only downside is the PIP. It leaves my whole ass cheek in pain. Feels like a bruise, but nothing is visible.

    Arms were damn near 17.5" after a full workout yesterday. Waist is still right around 34.5"

    Feeling good, feeling stronger for sure. Pushing 225 on the smith shoulder press. Still pushing through cardio for 30 minutes at least 3x a week.

    Sure is different than the 1st round. Not gaining mad weight like I did, but it was just fat.

    Seem to be doing good hard to watch my diet around the holidays. Been bullshitting a lot, but I still hit my cardio and seem to actually show more veins and my Bf% went down to 13%. So it says at least, but I dunno. I am looking to hit 220 pounds max by the end of this cycle.

    Nothing too new here. Weighing in right around 208, Bf% really does seem lower. But, not by much. Seeing a bit more veins here and there.

    Here is a pic I took last night. Nothing crazy spectacular so far. But, seem to be getting bigger slowly.

    Well, my Photobucket account is all ****ed up and filled with pictures that need to be deleted. So, pics will be up later.

    Weighing in at 210 as of this morning. Fat seems to be up just a little(I think at least).

    I still fit into my pants that I wore when I was under 175. Yet my shirt from back then makes me look like the incredible hulk.

    So, not bad. . . . Just pulling the fat from my diet is a bit tough. 80% of my fat is from whole eggs. But, I am cutting out the whole eggs and swapping in just whey and egg whites. I just like the ease of eating whole eggs. Ton of calories and protein, but kinda too much fat.
