    Tren e 300 mg test e 500

    Time to get big and lean for the summer ill keep a updated log with pics and training info. I'm sticking to this one. Hope you all help hold me accountable. I'm 6ft 1 and 250 about 17% bf and 25 years old. I have done numerous cycles before. Please don't ask about all that. Thanks and I'd appreciate any input along the way. Pics will be posted later

    250lb and 17% bf dude you can easily cut down naturally before you even contemplate this cycle.

    What are your goals?

    Yea I want to cut then come off. I'd like to hit about 5 % bf

    Give it time. Nothing happens fast. Too many people have the misperception that a cycle of steroids will give you a Men's Health and Fitness body. That's absurd. Nothing happens over night. Your looking to lose 30lbs of fat (12%) by summer? Your nutrition better be nailed down and the exact macros determined if you want to shed that weight. Steroids are not diet pills. It takes a proper diet and training to achieve goals - not steroids.

    I'm not saying you can't do it. Just have that diet dialed in and stay with it if you hope to be at 5%. Very few people even realize how damn hard it is to get single digit bf numbers.

    Agree with MI. 5% btw is pretty much competition level conditioning....

    Is that a troll man? The chances of you hitting 5% from this cycle are very slim.

    Good cycle, doing something similar. You will have alot of fun with that cycle but might want to try to lose a little BF before starting. Good Luck!

    Been very busy with work. I'm doing low cal and minimum cardio to lean up. I'm down 7 lbs and holding on to strength. Pics coming soon. Just have to find time in my day to sit down and post. Sorry for the delay

    Not going to lie, I'm 4 weeks in and diet has not been spot on. Lots of sushi and pizza. Im not getting fatter but not gettin leaner really either. Today is always a good day to get my sh*t together so thats what I'm doing. Pics going up in the next couple days. Sorry for all the bs ing around . I need some bashing it seems lol. Actually please dont I bash myself enough.
