Getting yucky :) test-e, d-bol log!!!
Firstly a special thanks to all those that have helped put this together
For those that wish to follow i welcome both criticism and praise. I will give a detailed no BS log and try to keep it fun whilst getting as much good info and data in here as possible.
Today was day one.did first injection this morning
cycle will be:
weeks 1-10 test e 250mg friday/tuesday
weeks 1-4 d-bol 30 mg ed
weeks 1-12 Aromasin 12mg eod
weeks 5-12 hgh 200 iu twice a week
pct;
clomid 50/50/50/50
nova 40/30/20/20
basic supps;
fish oil
cycle aid
multi
As of right now
weight : 190 pounds
hight: 5'9"
bf: 14-15%
will be tracking my cals thinking 3500-4000 cals a day
goals for cycle " to add as much Lbm as i can !! brake pr's ,feel good , an have fun"
prs as of now
bench:245
squats: 320x 8
deadlift: 395

Good luck, man! Looks very similar to what I'm trying to piece together. I assume you meant hcg in place of hgh, correct?

Well today when good. woke up at 192 pounds.
I did push work out today
flat bench bb: 190 x8, 190x8,195x8, 195x8
incline db bench: 75x 8,70x8,70x8,70x8
db ohp: 55x8 for 3 sets
pec deck: 130 x 12 for 3 sets
skull crusher: 75x10 3sets
v-bar push down: 70 x 8 for 3 sets
an thats it felt good nothing crazy..
i have 1 question guys lets say i start to see some gyno showing up whats my best chose to stop/get reed of it ?? I'm deadly afraid of gyno !

change that PCT to Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20
and I'd run the test for 12..take advantage of 2 good weeks of gains!

An so test of 12 weeks ? I do have enough to run 2 more weeks .. An I will be changing clomd to your advise !!
I'm up 2 pounds !!
My diet has been on point 3400 cals a day but I've been fighting to get my protein ion . Been getting at least 245 g a day but would like to intake more ..
I got the mind high going on right now lol been training a Lil crazy can't wait till it starts kicking in ..
Today was my pull day
Pull up : 5 sets of 10 bw
T-bar rows: 150 x8 for 4 sets
Close grip pull down: 180x 8 4 sets
Low row: 165x10 3 sets
Bb curl 75x10 3 sets
Hammer curl : 30 x8 2 sets

Push day

Leg press: 5 plates an a 25 x8 for 4sets
Lungs : 100x 15 steps for 4 sets
Leg curl : 100x10 3 sets
Calf raise : 5 sets

the 15-4-6-8-20 reps using a weight that i fail on at the last rep the 20 rep is a lil burn out

well today is day 24 of cycle an I'm up like 3-4 pounds idk if this shits good r fake ? its pinnacle any thoughts on this gear
i know test takes 3-4 weeks to kick in but the d-bol aint really doing anything idk ...
i did chest tri shoulders today

I'm really starting to feel he test kick it .. set prs all over today lol in pull ups, row , curls !! lol feels good real good
does anybody here hunt? just asking i love hunting an fishing.. it saves me shits loads of money on protein deer,fish,duck, all good lean protein

Incline db bench: 55x 15 , 80x3 , 65x8,65x8 , 50x 20
Db press OH : 45x15 , 65x5 60x8, 60x7 , 45x 20
Skulls an v-bar push downs for tris
After all that I still wanted to do more !! Had to make my self leave

Had a great chest work out hit 225 for 5 slow ass reps !! Feeling good

todays my last day on the d-bol... I'm at 204 pounds so thats up 12-14 pounds from the start I'm not complaining . yes i know a lot of its water ! i hope ill start to look a lil less bloated idk we shall see..
today was leg day weights going up on all lifts !!
squats: 270x15 , 370x4, 325x 7, 325x7 , 225x 20, all below parallel ! no half bull shit
so far as gaining size strength with out the d-bol how much y'all think its gonna slow down??

You will have a little weight drop but don't stress. You were doing a pretty conservative amountand would consider losing the water weight a blessing. Keep up the good work.

leg ex
calf raise
the reason i went light on legs today is because i pinned quad the right one on sunday morning an pip got me ****ed up lol pinning left quad tomorrow :/ hope its not as bad

Thanks soar ! Really all I do is pull ups , bb rows an t bar rows ...
But I'm most say I'm very happy with this cycle so for !!
I did legs today an had a pretty shity workout but I pushed tho it .. Not gonna let it get to me just come at them hard next week .. But yesterday I had one of the best push workouts I ever did !!
Flat bb bench 230 for 5 reps slow good reps
That pic is about an hour after the leg work out I'm up to 206 pounds

You are approaching the half way mark of your cycle and now the weight gains will start to slow down a tad. Might be a good time to re-calibrate your diet for your new bodyweight (if you haven't done so) to make sure you are getting 500 calories a day over maintenance. Try weighing in once a week in the a.m. What is going to determine the remainder of your gains is your diet and how much cell damage occurs at the gym. Have fun!

Eat more.. you can't gain weight from nothing. There needs to be energy to synthesize new tissue out of. Steroids aren't magic lol.. All they do is increase the amount of muscle tissue that can be created. Weight gain is regardless of whether you're actually building muscle or not; you should have your diet set up so you gain x amount of weight no matter what (yes obviously there's water weight/bloat as well)

sorry iv been gone for a lil bit , it turned out that my gear was fake so anybody whos thinking about pin gear dont its fake!!!
but the good news is i did get my hands on some test p an tren an it diff gtg .. iv been on for 7 days now an im up 3 pounds but most important i can feel it ..
my new cycle lay out it is
test-p 100mg eod an tren a 100mg eod for 8 weeks
Aromasin 12mg eod
Caber .5mg e5d
calories are at 3750 a day
300 g protein
80g fat
rest carbs
im up to 205.8 pounds first thing in the a.m
