Getting BIG second Cycle
This is the suggestion I got for my second cycle. Im 5'9 and 178lbs after my first cycle. My goal is 220 lbs. and keep it. My first cycle was pretty good and I kept about 25 lbs after 4 weeks. Its was Primo Deca and Winstrol . Please let me know what you think about this one. It was suggested by another member on the board.

Week 1-4 30mg DbolED (you can run more if you want)
Week 1-10 250mg Sus(500 if you feel the need)
Week 1-10 200mg Deca(maybe more?)
Week 8-12 100mg winni EOD or 50mg ED
Week 13 Clomid (check the clomid chart to see doses/timing)

Drop the dboll
Raise the Test to 500mg
Raise the decca to 300mg
Put the winny at wks8-13 and start clomid 2 days after last dose

how much clomid should I use?
On my first cylce I used 5000 i.u. of HCG a week for 2 weeks and had no problem.

OK I finally received my shipment and I started my scond cycle yesterday. This is what it looks like. Let me know what you think.
week 1:25 mg Dbol , 250 mg Sustanon , 400 mg Deca
week 2:25 mg Dbol, 500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca
week 3:25 mg Dbol, 500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca
week 4:25 mg Dbol, 500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca
week 5:500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca
week 6:500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca
week 7:500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca
week 8:500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca, 100 mg Winstrol
week 9:500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca, 100 mg Winstrol
week10:500 mg Sustanon, 400 mg Deca, 100 mg Winstrol
week11:100 mg Winstrol

I have 40 tabs of 10 mg Novaldex on hand but Im not sure how to spli it since my original cycle was with Clomid and my supplier ran out. So shoot me a note regardng that. Im working out my entire body in 3 days, 6 days a week. Im also eating 5 meals adding to about 3000 cal a day 1 gr of protein per body weight. Sleeping aprox 7 hours a day.
My stats are 25 years old, 5'9, 174 lbs. Ill post my measurements tomorrow (I need help from my girlfriend).
Any suggestions are welcome.
