New Cycle taking Clen stacked with Test Prop
My stats:
29 years old
251 lbs
24% bf
History:
2010 I maxed out at 321 lbs and did three cycles of Clen .
Current Goal:
I signed up for Army so im training for PT. Main out come will be to past the PT with no problem ( push-up, running, sit-ups, pullups ) , during my process My goal with weight will be Max 205 lbs and body fat 17%.
Work-out Plan:
Im using an app on iphone called Gain Fittness and before each work out i am on tredmill for 35min 6 incline and at 3.2-3.8 speed.
Meal Plan:
1st meal- 6 egg whites 1 cup veggies
Pre workout- 4 oz chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup brown rice
Post workout- 1 protein shake, 1/4 cup oats
Next meal- 6 oz chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup brown rice
Next meal- 6 oz chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup brown rice
Last meal- 6 oz chicken, 6-8 asparagus spears
Switch 1st n 4th meal on work out days
change all the chicken to fish and up the egg white to 4-6weeks
Only tilapia for fish. No tuna no cod no salmon. All tilapia. Leanest whitest fish.

Day 1 Clen 40mcg 12/27/12 Thursday /
Day 2 Clen 40mcg
Day 3 Clen 40mcg
Day 4 Clen 80mcg
Day 5 Clen 80mcg
Day 6 Clen 80mcg
Day 7 Clen 80mcg 11 pills 1/2/13
Day 8 Clen 80mcg
Day 9 Clen 120mcg
Day10 Clen 120mcg
Day11 Clen 120mcg
Day12 Clen 120mcg 1/7/2013 First day of Pin 1/7/13
Day13 Clen 120mcg
Day14 Clen 120mcg 20 pills stop here two weeks on one week off LAST DAY 1/10/13 -

Why are u taking Clen at such a high body fat. Proper diet and cardio will bring you to sub 15.

Yep. i came down from 22% to about 12% now.
i lost ALOT of weight and got way smaller but all naturally and not really alot of effort.
good diet ( cheated 1-2 times every 10 days ) and 30 min HIT cardio 5 times weekly
hopefully by next month i will get to 10%. i increase Cardio to 2 sessions a day and cut the carbs in NON workinout days
you dont need clen .
it sux anyway, increase temperature and you get headache
i tried it for 3 days and it was like constantly having fever. was horrible.

There's no pull up test in the Army dude. You don't need to be running gear and its very apparent you don't know what you're doing. Multiple sections on this site are calling for you.

High body fat
I took it when i weighed well over 300 lbs, know im looking to drop bf and build musc so thats why im stacking Clen /test prop.

Only a suggestion but maybe you should stick to your diet and exercise plan first until you reach a sticking point before you add the clen . I know you stated that you have used it before so you know how your body reacts however I would incorperate it once progress slows. How are you planning on running your Tes P?

Well, good luck bro.
But as mentioned above, only stack you need is diet and exercise.
No additive is necessary until you get into the low teens. I came from 27% Bf to 15%+ with 2 and a half months. If I can do it, anyone can. 45 days without additives then I jumped on a EC stack.

Sorry, I missed looking at the cycle outline. Actually you will be better of pinning every other day to keep your blood levels stable then doing it the way you outlined (m-w-f-s). Also you need the same amount of time off from clen as on and benadryl is not the same as keto in that it doesn't upload your beta receptors (if that is why you are taking it). If you do some digging there is some pretty well documented info on this site that will explain that.
