Kronik's 1st cycle log
current stats

92 kg (202 lbs) (just finished cutting down from 100 kg natty)
BF% 16 - 17
TDEE 2500 kcals
goal
100 kg after PCT (hopefully with less BF% than when i was there natty, was 100kg at 20+%)
cycle
week 1-4 test c 500mg/week (1st shot front loaded 625mg)
week 5-8 test p 150mg EOD
week 1-8 Arimidex .25mg EOD
PCT week 9-12
nolva 40/20/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50
also have a few dbols laying around, might use them at 30mg pre workout for the 1st 2 weeks.
and b12 injectable 1000mcg ED
would have used HCG weeks 1-8 at 2x 250IU's if i could of aquired some...
diet
starting off at 3000 kcals, will adjust as needed, towards the end of the cycle and during PCT will aim for 4500+ kcals. will be feeding 24/7, so ill be eating every 3 hours or so..
Protein: chicken, beef, pork, eggs + egg whites, cottage cheese, whey
Carbs: oats, sweet potatoes, broccoli, brown rice, some fruit (mainly bananas), yogurt
Fats: Avocados, fish oil supps, EVOO, almond milk, peanuts and almonds
workout
Monday chest
Tuesday back
Wednesday shoulders/abs
Thursday legs
Friday biceps/triceps
Saturday rest
Sunday rest
Cardio 30 minutes after weight session, or fasted in the morning, or when i can be fked (i don't like cardio lol)

1st pin 2.5ml test c 625mg in right quad done
little bit of pip, nothing i can't handle..
was easier than i expected although i highly doubt i can pin my self 1 handed in say delts. i need 2 hands lol..
now im hungry, meal 1 will be 1 cup oats, 4 eggs, 2 scoops whey

I wouldnt go over 500mgs per pin. You can just split it into two pins the same day. Alot of gear in one place.

Fellow aussie nice to see you took the lunge! Its not everyone makes out to be, the pin/needle aint so bad.
I will keep be looking over your progress, hope it all goes to plan as you want it.

100 kg after PCT (hopefully with less BF% than when i was there natty, was 100kg at 20+%) This will be easier said than done, you really going to have to nail your diet on this one. Also with your adex tailored to your cycle, your water retention should be stable to low.
Also it does get easier man with the pinning, you got no idea how anxious nervous i was to get my very first injection into me, after a phew pins it came second nature lol.

no shake was hungry needed food
workout was good, got a few more reps in than i did last week, lol yay for placebo effect..

Just curious to know the reasoning behind your short cycle with one of the longest esters out there? I know im missing something..been away recently.

due to dumbass drug dealers not being able to read, i ended up with 1 vial of cyp and 2 vials of prop... otherwise i woulda gone with 8 weeks of prop..
how ever i did front load 625mg 1st pin.. so hopefully it should kick in around week 2-3...
i do have some dbols laying around tho...

I would save the dirty Dbol for another cycle..perhaps one that is longer and your goal is to bulk with long esters.

Nice experimental 1st cycle. Pay attention to your body, you will learn a lot and have some fun along the way.

well every pin of test c from now is only 1ml lol... and the prop will be 1.5ml..
i think i should have split the dosage up into 2 shots and picked 2 different sites... lol oh well im already learning from this cycle lol and i haven;t even been on for 24 hours lol..

In my first cycle, I would also split up small shots and do 2 per shot day just to alleviate the stress I'm putting on the site. Here's a good pattern;
Left delt, right glute. Next shot day; right delt, left glute. Next shot day; left delt, right quad and so on. Smaller shots won't kick AS BAD, but still can kick... Just not mule kick lol. I should also mention that I would do the majority of the shots in the delts for a couple weeks and lesser amounts in the quads or glutes at first to introduce the substance slowly.
