Dude, your only one pin in...not too late to change this plan. Front load with the prop and get things kicking faster. I'm not sure why you would switch long to short like that for that period of time. If you plan is to add prop on the back end to get into PCT faster...2 weeks would be plenty!

Well 183 at the gym this am. I cant get pics to upload via phone for some reason. I guess I will get them uploaded asap. Slight pip but nothing to write home about.
my goal is to be the biggest mother ****** on the planet, im not going to get there by continuously cutting down to single digit bf% .....
once i get to around 260ish, ill cut down to about 240 hopefully with a respectable 15%bf ish (id be happy with 240 @ 15%bf soo....)
+ i don't want to be a pro body builder, just big and strong...

Ok almost time to pin again and was wondering your guys thoughts. I want to hit the glutes again but Im not sure if its ok to hit on 7 days rest. Its lony 1 ml so my thinking is I put 2 ml in every 2 weeks (was only injecting once per week) per glute last cycle so kinda the same right.
If I have to hit a new spot I guess quad will be where I go. 1 1/2 pin is not too long for that is it? Thanks for any help.
My last cycle only hit glutes. Never had a problem with pip. But had small issues with scar tissue. If u hit that spot will be hard to push through. If you never hit quads I say do delts before quads. 1.5" is ok with both, just don't push pin all the way in. I never do anyways
Thanks goode. I thought it would be ok since the right glute doesnt hurt at all but my left is still tender and causing some pressure on tailbone. Not sure what happened with that injection but I never had pip before. It did have a lillte leak out which leads me to believe the person injecting tried to slam it home. LOL. I already told her take it slow next time.
Also was gonna hit quads cause I dont do legs again till wed so figured incase there was pip I may be over it by then.
Alright just did pin 3 and start liquidex tomorrow. Wife seems a little concerned about the knot on left side of tail bone. Still some pressure but wouldnt call it pain. We will definately keep an eye on it for any noticable swelling. I will take a shout out to the big guy from 405, Lunk and any other believers out there. Hopefully nothing serious. May just be some old football wounds flairing up.
Well weight was 187 today I think its mostly water form increasing my H2o and carbs while still not doing cardio. Good news is only 13 lbs to get to my goal and Im sure my test mas not truely kicked in yet. Also back feels better think I may have strained it helping my neighbor move. No good deed goes unpunished. Just have to be careful with it this week.

Well I think I the problem with my back has nothing to do with the muscle. Some very educated members think it seems to be a skin issue from the oil either a reaction or dermal seperation. Hurts like hell to touch but I hit the gym today anyways. The oil is very thin compaired to my last cycle and had some leakage on pins #2&3. Hit the quad last night and seems to be taking it better than the glute did. Hope this doesnt cause me to end this early. Gotta push through. 200 is just around the corner!

Ok so its been a few weeks since my last update. Weighed in today at 195 and I am getting a few more reps per set while adding some weight to most exercises. All in all feeling good so far. I think the 200 mark will be here soon and I think I am gonna try to stay 200+ all year. No cutting till 2014 so I can maintain as much muscle as possible.
Ok so Im still lingering around the 195-198 range. 200 is not as easy as I thought it was gonna be. I have been slippin a little on the meals for the last week or so.
Also started doing cardio 3-4 days a week just to slim the bf a bit. I like my progress so far but still have a long way to be where I want to be. I still plan to maintain this weight for the entire year with no cutting just minimal cardio.

Well its week 12 and Im hanging at @ 192-195lbs. Highest was 197 but i started cardio because I had gotten chubby around the waist. Give me honest opinions on waht you think. I dont see the extra 10-12 lbs myself.
