Help!
Dear All:
My name is Robbie. I am a 34 year old white male wondering what supplements to take. I am 5'7; started 290 lbs. only lost 6 lbs. total in the past two months working extremely hard to knock it out of the part - - need something that will help me get shredded -- losing fat while gaining muscle. I have borderline high blood pressure so I have to be very careful not to take something that will cause my blood pressure to shoot up. I would love to see before and after photos of some of our fellow male members. Where to purchase?
1. I saw a website that is selling myostatin inhibitors?
Labpe website
2. What steroids to take?
3. Where is the best place to purchase?

First of all, Welcome to the Forums.

Thirdly, doing AAS now at your body fat % will not only do nothing in terms of reducing body fat, you risk serious sides effects that could lead to an entire host of problems - including high blood pressure.
You're diet is what gets you "shredded", not drugs or AAS. Please head over to the Nutritional Forum for some tips and ideas on how to diet and eat according to your intended goals.

The best place to start is the diet forum. Everyone (including myself) thinks they know how to diet but the truth is that it takes time to get your diet down and your exercise program in check. I'm sure at your age you have experience but if your asking these questions then it appears things could be better. At this point AAS aren't for you and will make matters worse. Start at the diet forum and read the stickies and start there.
