2nd cycle, Test e 500mgs/week, dbol 30mg/day
Hi all,
Just thought i'd share my cycle and experiences, so others can maybe benefit or avoid my mistakes,
Im 37, started at approx 15% BF
Test e 500mg/week-12 weeks
dbol 30mg/day week 1-5
winny 30mg/day week 7-12
NAC daily
Amiradex 0.25mg/ EOD
starting weight 73kgs (161lbs)
now 2 and half weeks into cycle
weight 78-79kgs (174lbs)
been pinning delts, 24G, first few were abit awkward, but i seen to have it sorted now, initial 1-2 jabs got some PIP for a few days, buy the time it came around to jab same delt a week later was all ok.
training has been solid 5 times a week with good pumps, increase strength, Im not worried about strenght, so not keeping track of how much lifted etc, my goal is body shape/definition/size.
diet has been approx 3000 cals a day, I dont keep a strict list of what im eating, but most meals include meats, chicken, beef etc, carbs limited to brown rice/sweet potato and veggies, most carbs consumed before mis afternoon.
attached a few pics and will keep updated,
any advice/tips would be great

Looking pretty beefy!
Cycle looks solid, I would drop winny according to your bf%.

Hey, thanks for reply,
you mean drop winny completely or possibly reduce the dosage depending on what BF % I am at week 7?
I'm really hoping to get somewhere in the BF range of 10-12%

How tall are you?
I don't want to offend, and it might just be the quality of the pics, but I'd pin you closer to 18%. How did you arrive at 15?NO SOURCES GIVEN

hey, no probs, im only 5'7, i was guessing about 15ish, maybe it was wishful thinking lol.
